A decade ago I bought and still own a GXR with its electronic viewfinder and three lens-modules: P10; 50 mm f/2.5 Macro; and 28 f/2.5. Of the many cameras that I have used, the GXR is my favorite. The handling and ergonomics are superior. The 28mm and 50mm (full-frame equivalent) lens-modules are superb; the P10 lens module is merely OK. The menu system is excellent. Whenever I think of selling the kit, I remember how I have enjoyed using the GXR and how pleasing the images are. (I shoot in RAW and JPEG.) I'm thinking of buying a second GXR body.

@@shutterslaps4938 It's a very rare camera and it's rarely on Ebay. Would I personally buy this if I found one for the right price, absolutely! Great channel and thanks for covering older digital cameras along with film also!
Had the GR Lens 28/2.5f and M Module, the GR lens is so good, and the M module image quality is amazing considering the camera size, wish it's full frame, cause to have 35mm equiv, not many options except Color Skopar 21mm or 25mm. But otherwise, i regret sold it.
Wow man that sounds like an amazing set up …. Man, the friends (cameras) we leave behind to find greener pastures, it’s heartbreaking when you look back at old rigs that you wish you still had 😥
Yeah it’s a sold camera. Keep an eye out cause the price really fluctuates with the GXR some weeks $400+ other times I’ve seen them go for under $300 👍
