Some of the kids in the audience weren't even born when this song came out. Yet, everyone is singing. This is music-connecting people of every age, of every race, of every religion.
Most people in the audience looked my age, i'm born in 96 and that's a year before this song came out. I basically grew up with his music on the radio and on MTV... He's an amazing artist.
His vocals during the verses are weak, but then his voice gets really strong in the chorus. Strangely, the chorus (at least for me) is the difficult part.
@@kevinburn6988 how many live gigs of him you've been at? I saw many where he sings, dances and entertain the crowd. When he's prepared, he's fantastic. But someone with drinking and smoking habbits do need preparation to sing live... Unfortunatelly, that's the case.
@@anja6983 Wordily pleasures for the ears and for the eyes: music, movies, sport. That kind of entertainment is given by lucifer to mankind, to keep them busy doing and knowing nothing, When human dies, he or she is surprised that he or she keeps existing. Yet the only reason for it is, they had their lifetime on earth catching delusions and illusions. Never loved the truth, never cared for it and as some used to say: 1st comes laughter, then turning of the head, then closing of the ears, freezing of the heart, then life in struggle and then regrets and cries. The last 2 shall be there forever. = the life of a ignorant fools. Creating “perfect” offspring who`s genetic DNA is mixed: human + animal + angel + inverting every soul + posses them with evil spirits = perfect spell casting, look at the public, they all sing and dance along not sensing reality. The tares and the wheat - a story in the bible. 2 different offspring, growing together, shoulder next to shoulder. The "rituals" haven`t stopped happening, these got renamed to fit the timelines: in our days, the rituals are: music concerts showing off the masonic hand sighs and symbols becoming "trans" still needed blood sacrificing (singers, actors, in need of sacrificing their loved ones and friends, later being the needed sacrifice themselves, these are knows an “accidental overdoses”). few more.
I"am french, and i know more than half the lyrics. to me, this is the sign of a wonderful song, simple if i can't say that ( always about love), but great timeless song. People of all generations will sing this song.
I'm terribly sorry, I didn't mean to offend anyone. I thought it was the lady with pink glasses laughing outloud at 0:22 who was apathetic and disrespectful, not I. Responding to Lukevin, I was just trying to sympathise and put myself on the same level as them guys who are so full of love... so much so that they're ready to give their love and friendship away - not realizing that giving their love to just anybody actually means giving it to NO ONE at all : something that you give to everyone has actually zero value. I'll tell you now what I find obscene : Flower-warriors whose only reaction available in store, when barbarians kill their very own children, is to sing a song and find it cool, and in tune, and catchy. And above all imagine that they are superior human beings because they have the "strength" not to yield to any kind of hate (which is just a way to remain blind to the fact that they're actually cowards who would never physically fight because they are panic-stricken by the perspective to die for their freedom) British people have come such a long, decadent way since Winston Churchill. He would probably despise his own people were he still alive.
My father is a huge Robbie fan, and my dad was British Transport Police and after the attack happened without even being asked he got himself into work to help the victims and support his colleagues, so when I watched this I sobbed because it became so much more sentimental to me. So proud of my Dad ♡
Richard Milner While that may be true, that doesn't mean that the people affected by this weren't devastated. Quantity of other incidents doesn't decrease the pain these people feel.
26 years in Psychology. This has the same effect as a bomb run in world war 2. This is not like a car crash because that is an isolated incident. Do you want to go there for some beers on Friday ? They the Government may chose a curfew and military presence next.....sound like a car crash ?
Please, we are British, we don't do devastation, it's far too messy, sounds too much like fear. We are celebrating love and unity and good music here. So please do not fear for us, just put on the tea. It's tiresome to repeat, but "We are not bothered Bruv".
I wouldn't see this concert as a reminder of the incidents itself, but a sign that the people do not let the fear of terrorist attacts affect their lifestyle. The biggest problem of terrorist attacks is the public fear, the fear that also caused more than one thousand injured people in Turin this weekend.
I'm just imagining the other artists waiting patiently to perform and hear everyone singing so loudly the song of Robbie. They must be thinking what a boss
Raquel Matias I think the innocent children taken by murderers would beg to differ. I don't think love won for them. And that kind of liberal love crap rhetoric is what put us here.
ns2110theonly "love always wins" isn't liberal rhetoric. Liberals fucking know love doesn't win bc conservatives always fuck us and have zero compassion therefore no love for fellow man. Law is a v conservative mantra Wtf
It's amazing all the teenagers knowing all the lyrics to a song that came out before they were born,a truly beautiful moment for the 22 angels who perished that awful night.
Its not cause they are brits. I am from germany and a lot of robbies songs run in the radio daily. He is a absolute legend all around the world. I even been to a convert 2 years ago in Munich, Germany and the whole fucking stadium was filled with old and young people and everybody screamed along ever single word of his songs. Was truly amazing. (oh and same for bryan adams, i even got a video of it on my channel, pure chills man)
This is what the evil in the world will never understand. No matter what you do to us brits you will never win we stand together to the end, this just proves it, a couple of days after an event which shook the world we come together and sang. and if it ever happened again i don't doubt for one second that us brits would break and hind we would come back together stronger!
I may not like her music but Ariana engineered this whole thing and as someone who was there, I applaud her for that. There is nothing that compares to being one of thousands singing along to Angels and Don't Look Back In Anger.
His voice was gone after being on tour yet the crowd held him up...what an amazing sight to see. He asked and they did him justice. Such an amazing man!!! He definitely set the mark for the rest of the bands and musicians. A nation stood still for this performance...English blood prevailed. R.I.P to all those that lost their lives to make this happen 😍😍
Key word for this new beginning of the year 2022 Where is the Love ❤️ is good 👍 reflect on that there are many who are killing themselves in pride, arrogance and their own self-centeredness. I want and Love whoever. Live the Love 🥰 love yourself that there it is easy for you to love your neighbor. My favorite Robbie Williams song - Angel 😇
No words to describe how much I love this artist. He represents everything that I like in music, my best feelings and memories are with Robbie Williams
Billy Boid Obviously, but our love for each other is stronger than their hatred of us. The heroism of people in response to these attacks is inspiring and although I'd rather it didn't happen at all, you can't ignore the unbreakable spirit of people who prefer to remain positive.
If that's what you really believe, then you are a sad human @ernest747, and a bigger part of the problem than "Muslims." Hate got us into this. You can't fight that with more hate.
ernest747 Yeah Ernest you have to embrace them while they blow us up to little pieces. Next time you see a Muslim give him a hug even if he threatens to kill you and your loved ones.
Manchester will never let hate win they messed with the wrong city they wanted to scare us but just pushed us all together more 💓 22 may 2017 will never ever be forgotten
Thank you, Robbie Williams. Thank you, creator of Angels. Thank you, audience. Thank you, Ariana. Thank you, Manchester. MANCHESTER IS STRONG, WE ARE STRONG, WE ARE STRONG. WE ARE STILL SINGING OUR SONGS, OUR SONGS, OUR SONGS.
"Angels" Lyrics I sit and wait Does an angel contemplate my fate And do they know The places where we go When we're grey and old 'cos I have been told That salvation lets their wings unfold So when I'm lying in my bed Thoughts running through my head And I feel that love is dead I'm loving angels instead [Chorus] And through it all she offers me protection A lot of love and affection Whether I'm right or wrong And down the waterfall Wherever it may take me I know that life won't break me When I come to call she won't forsake me I'm loving angels instead When I'm feeling weak And my pain walks down a one way street I look above And I know I'll always be blessed with love And as the feeling grows She breathes flesh to my bones And when love is dead I'm loving angels instead [Chorus] And through it all she offers me protection A lot of love and affection Whether I'm right or wrong And down the waterfall Wherever it may take me I know that life won't break me When I come to call she won't forsake me I'm loving angels instead [Repeat Chorus]
@@painfreesunrise The night before this gig, he already did a full concert in Manchester. I believe it was his 4 gig in a row. His voice was gone. But still he found it important enough to show up, show must stills go on ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-QmyGpV3qOmA.html
I am a 25 year old man, crying with my heart! Staying here at work infront of the PC and my eyes are just running with tears, because of this savage act of terrorism, but at the same time i`ve watched so many videos of people singing with their sould and heart, showing that humans can be good and must act different !!!!!!!!!
The strongest crowd I have ever heard . I went to the one love manchester performance it was amazing . My twin sister was killed in the bombing . So thats mainly why I went to the performance cuase that is what she would of wanted . Fuck I miss her . :(
Heres another Phrase I hope when I'm coming down I don't see you cause I will smack you like a bitch so what if he's high? You try being a big star and not feeling so high,...
Ireku organise a concert in Moscow! Invite Paul McCartney and Coldplay even Robbie. They will likely say YES! Most British people like Russians. When Syria recovers and the killing stops,London will probably host a concert for all the World. Love from The UK
I was actually at robbies concert the night before and he said how he lost his voice and how he was in pain with his back. And also how emotional he was
