Love your channel. Happy to see videos that are science based, completely different compared what you can usually find on social media 👍

I've had shoulder/nerve pain and a really right knot in my shoulder blade for about 8/9 years now. I've been to so many physios, and done so many training programs - but nothing has worked.

You should try seeing a neurokinetic therapist in your area

I’ve had this 3 + years I’ve had stroke, broken neck c2-7 spinal cord injury! Im Living in complete hell!! I’ve had 15 surgeries. I don’t take pain meds it makes me feel way worse! I do take 3800 mg gabapentin & 60mg Backofen it worked one year. I layed on my back 2 years. Couldn’t do anything. I’ve done shock therapy, laser therapy! Nothing works! The pain unbearable!!

So, what do you recommend when there IS a nerve issue related to the dyskinesis?

What nerve injury does the person in the video have? I mean the one when you mention nerve injury. It looks like dorsal scapular nerve palsy but i'm not sure. Do you have the source? :)

Hey. I was wondering about research surrounding preventing inguinal hernias in men, especially if there exists a family history of someone having it. Is it due to a weak pelvic floor or something else? If it is due to a weak pelvic floor, can you list some exercises that can be used to strengthen them?

E3Rehab: Forward head posture isn't a problem and now it's scapular dyskinesis 🤣 next it will be missing a limb

@@E3Rehab just because it's asymptomatic in a lot of people doesn't mean that treating it doesn't provide relief to those who are in pain, but sure, it seems like your trend is to believe whenever you can that pain is just magically happening and everything mechanical can be ignored, even though studies are showing that people nonetheless get relief from treating anterior pelvic tilt and shoulder dyskinesis and oh, avoiding upright rows and strengthening external rotators and scapular muscles www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8805107/

@@E3Rehab What happened to the video 'debunking' forward head posture? It appears to be deleted. Did the study in that video turn out to be nonsense too? 😅
