I love seeing the difference geography makes in traditional meals. Every part of this country has its own "must have" dishes and this is so very Gulf Coast with the NOLA trinity of bell pepper, onion and celery plus the seasoning. The one thing that felt Minnesotan was the cream of mushroom soup. Another cool recipe Melissa.

Ooihhh this recipe looks so yummy, I have all the ingredients except the cheese. U w in ll substitute Pepper Jack hope that don't turn the flavor way too hott. We will let Y'all know how comes out.
