Being single has been so freeing for me! I’ve learned so much intellectually and spiritually. I’ve done so much growth that I don’t think I would’ve been able to do it I was with someone. I’ve become a better person due to this time I got by myself. Now I feel like if I were with someone I would still like being with myself more 😂 that’s how much I like myself now

I think you should become so in love with yourself and with what you do and with what you are that you think to yourself “I don’t care about a relationship, if it comes then it comes but I’m complete how I am” the other person should just be an add on to your life.

I am so happy I’ve gone through the relationships I’ve gone through because I’ve learned from every one of them. I learned a couple things but more importantly I learned SELF LOVE. I would always lose myself in relationships and give most of my energy and attention to the other person because I thought that’s how it worked. But no! Even when you’re in a relationship you’re still single. Unless they have a ring on it then you should always have one foot in and one foot out. Always have yourself first. Always put yourself first. You should be your main and most important priority. Even if you’re in a relationship, this shouldn’t change. You are #1 always.

I would like to add that changing your exterior does not guarantee an increase in self love.I thought cosmetic surgery would magically solve my self esteem issues but NOPE.After getting the surgery I desperately wanted last year,I realized that my insecurities are still present and I have to do the work to fix my limiting beliefs!It's a long term process...one day at a time!🧡

I just have to say this. Today is one of my "ex"'s birthday. I say "ex" because we never dated, just talked and went on dates for 8 months. Needless to say I asked the universe to please give me a sign that i'm on the right track now doing by own thing and finally, after another 8 months, getting over him. I asked for the sign to come from him specifically, however right after asking for it, I came to youtube and this was the first video on reccomendations. It was uploaded today on his birthday and right after I had asked for that. so yeah, i'm going to take that as my sign. I realize I don't need his validation for ANYthing from here on out. Thank you for this video because it truly helped me to keep moving forward!!!

I start to freak out every time i feel like i actually like and enjoy myself. It's like anxiety of feeling good with myself. Like something bad it's about to happen when i feel good about who i am and what do i look like and i hate feek ugly but i feel safe when i feel ugly but i hate feel ugly. I am such a crazy person

I wish I saw this when I WAS insecure & thought I needed someone else to make me happy. PREACH QUEEN! 🙌🏼👑 keep spreading that positive self-love energy!!! We are all WORTHY & don’t need no man... or woman. Lol i found my worth & learned how to value myself after a toxic 6 years relationship. And after a year of taking care of me, the right person oh-so-effortlessly came into my life & treats me like the Goddess that I am 👸🏻 the way you allow people to treat you, is a reflection of the way you treat yourself. I have found my soulmate, and I have self love to thank for that. 💓

I absolutely needed this this morning. Especially the bit about accepting yourself and how amazing our bodies really are. As a mum, something that really does help me and a reminder to all other mums out there who feel down about their bodies, my body grew life and brought it into the world. No matter that I'm a lot bigger now than I was before I got pregnant, I have two amazing little humans that I grew. Our bodies are pretty damn amazing!

When I tell myself I love you I love myself so much I feel like I’m talking as another being like in the power of now when he said I can’t live with myself and realized he was the I that couldn’t live with the self.... amazing deep stuff but ever since I realized that I could love myself more than I’ve ever loved anybody and starting acting that was my life has been transforming in amazing ways! I buy myself flowers I take very good care of myself I say I love you you’re beautiful!!!! And now I have this constant state of happiness pure happiness.
