Join me for the 28-day Head to Toe yoga challenge! Beginning February 1st, we'll be working our way down the body from head to toe with a new daily yoga practice that only takes between 5-10 minutes each day. Thank you. I have been experiencing, intermittently for some time, my left hip “catches/binds”. On day 12 I warmed up with your IT band and followed with side body. Hip issue relieved was able to go for a bike ride. Thanks for your practice, getting my life back and even better than ever! 😊

This was so nourishing Joelle. Thank you so much. Do you happen to know of an online yoga instructor in Spanish who's techniques and presentation are similar to yours? So glad you liked this one Jenny, well done! Unfortunately I don't know anyone who teaches in Spanish, but if I hear of one I'll let you know! Your friend may want to check if there is a way on RU-vid to turn on the closed captioning in Spanish, I think there may be something for that in the settings. No ideal, but perhaps better than nothing... Hope that can help! 🙏
