I can't stress enough "to do the work' I'm so grateful I committed to that. Your ex will reach out, mine did after 7 months of no contact, first was business related, 2nd was the following day bringing me a gift & wanting to borrow a book & telling he met someone, then today ( a week later) dropping off the book and wanting to share with me a project he had been working on. I'm so glad I did/doing the work because I could see he was more rattled by how cantered & grounded I was. Do the work, it's a win win situation ❤️

If your relationship ended on bad terms and they suddenly reach out on social media after about 6 months or longer, they could just be looking for an obvious ego stroke as well. Just sharing one of my recent experiences. I hope this was helpful.

broke up 3 weeks ago and she keep posting storys from days before having „fun“, and today she posted a story in a restaurant we visited. she even ordered the same meal. I think she is in a rebound and the guy looks half as good as me.

Since my ex changed her profile picture to herself with her new boyfriend, she constantly blocks me to then unblock me again. I think she is trying to provoke a reaction out of me

My ex is currently doing everything on this list except contacting my family. However, instead of making me feel good, it really hurts and I’m not exactly sure why? Good evening Craig, I have been in no contact since September after being booted, friend-zoned, and told to look for someone else by a girl I was seeing. She called me up out of the blue last week, and asked me If I had a bed in my spare bedroom that she could come use to stay the night because she was having a hard time sleeping at her place due to "noises". She was out doing stuff during this call, and told me she would stop by and see me if she had time later and would call me. She called about an hour later to say she couldn't come over because she didn't have time (around 6pm) but maybe another day... just as I thought she would say. She then said we'd talk later and then we hung up. So far, no calls, messages, texts; nothing. This phone call really perplexed me beyond any logical thinking or comprehension that I could understand. Was she serious? Was she reaching out using a direct-indirect approach? Was she messing around with my head, or just bread-crumbing me? It doesn't make any sense.... "Do you have a spare bed I can come sleep in at your place sometime?" My ex still reaches out, and wished me merry Christmas first, (at 11:42 pm). She also posted a very affectionate ig post about her boyfriend the same day 🤔🤔🤔 also wants me to keep her updated on my new dog

My baby daddy left me for someone else last August. I finally stopped chasing and went no contact in April. We stay in minimum contact for our two kids. Recently he has been texting me about the girls and trying to get me to see how great of a dad he is, almost as if he is trying to seek validation from me. My ex told me she didn’t have time for me and kept. Making little reasons to talk to me. By asking about a friend wanting to join Toastmasters ,or she would text. I don’t go bars there bad when she didn’t realize I knew she was looking at my Facebook

My ex and me broke up. It was my fault and I begged her I will correct it and still working on it. Any advice on how to navigate a situation where my girlfriend is really angry with me and we haven't spoken for a whole week? I don’t want to give anyone false hope as every situation is different! However I will say I had an ex I chased around after she split with me for 5 months begging etc bc I was completely heartbroken and basically did everything wrong! We both moved to different states and I Seder Patel the searched for knowledge on how to handle this and found coach Craig and kinda went no contact for a year and a half (and by no contact personally I just mean focusing on yourself and improving yourself and fixing your life and growing and healing yourself and you have to let go and focus on your life and improving yourself and most importantly healing your attachment style as hard as it is) anyways fast forward a year and a half and she was single till about 7 months after we split and then she had dated someone else for a few months and after that year and a half mark / almost two years I randomly messaged her one day based off of one of her Facebook posts and she messaged me back and came to my state for Halloween and we hooked up that same night and spent the next two weeks together before she had to go back home as she lived in another state and had her sister there and a place she was paying for etc but either way I got her back and I truly didn’t think I would! I did it by following Craig’s instructions! Every situation is different and there can be so many variables included in each individual situation but if you follow what he says it will most likely work! It did for me in a situation that seemed and should’ve been hopeless based off of how I acted but even still I was able to recover it!!!!
