Kudos for the video content! Forgive me for butting in, I am interested in your thoughts. Have you ever tried - Dinanlinson Rocky Position Approach (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? It is a great one off product for learning how to fix chronic knee pain minus the headache. Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my friend after a lifetime of fighting got astronomical success with it.

Thank you so much for sharing your hard earned knowledge with us! I "discovered" you two gents about 6 months ago and it has been uncanny, but every time I suffered an injury of some sort you came up with a new video to address my concerns! From Achilles heel, slumped back, poor posture while walking, previously ruptured disc, now sore knees! It made me realize that even my exercise teacher (for seniors--mainly focuses on balance) shows us wrong exercises! So extra big thank you for making us aware!

You solved why some shoes can make my knees ache in five minutes of putting them on.. They must be turning my tibia/fibula in or out . You might think of doing a video on the effect of shoes on arthritic knees.

For that reason I use a stair climber when I go to a gym. I do only a few minutes to avoid pain. Also there are 3 exercises that I do daily to help with my hip pain.

This is very timely as I have been victimized by an acute flareup of tendonitis in my right knee, most likely a result of a lot of muscles in that leg being tight still, from my upper hip injury this summer. Anyway, it tends to buckle and it does not like to have weight put on it suddenly, which bums me out because I have always been athletic and now I am forced to take it easy. I like it that you guys offer the whole gamut of the exercise from the basic to the really advanced, so I can try the harder ones and see if I am ready for those or something easier. I'm not going to go out into the snow to play or make a snowman, though. I'll just stay inside and watch other people do that.

You guys are not only professional and very informative but also nice people. would you please do a detailed video about cruralgia/lumbar cruralgia (femoral nerve- obturator etc.) I have discopathy from L2 down to S1 with a lumbar cruralgy diagnosed..my outer gluteus hurts many times it's hot and inflamed but I have no pain in movements at all. Could you suggest exercises and more? Thanks a lot in advance.

Thanks for somebody’s great videos I have a quick question I have my right knee that’s been bothering went to my primary doctor and she said it may be a MCL but the bad part about that is it’s going to take almost 2 months for me to see a specialist in orthopedics what do you recommend me to do because I’m very active on my feed far as moving around exercising and running or any kind of elliptical machines I’ve stop But just the moving around because I have grandkids I want to know if I’m damage in my leg more like I says it’s going to be almost 2 months before I see a specialist what do you recommend

Good video. Plenty of relevant content! Just the right amoung of humor and inside jokes. Don't shovel and hurt your backs this week! (Use a snowblower if you MUST do it yourself).

I haven't shoveled show in years, I use the scoop, you would not believe how much snow I can remove with just one swipe. What is great for me is, I have a drop off so I fill it up with snow and no banks to get around. No back problems with a scoop

@@sjr7822 I am sure it depends on a person's age, what kind of existing back and other health problems they have, and the depth and weight of the snow. Glad you have good luck with your "scoop." Many people are told (like me) to NEVER shovel snow. I believe him and follow his instructions. :)

What about taking double stairs? It seems easier to keep the knee behind the toes. But is that harder on the joints? Seems like it would be a better workout for lower body

Hy, I was doing workout like pushups and skiping rope and after that I feel chest tightening and GERD, After a few hours if I use my left arm to grab any thing it causes discomfort in left side of chest near sternum, and causes GERD. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT'S THE REASON FOR THIS? AND HOW TO TREAT IT?

He can do 2 steps because he's do tall. It would be dangerous for elderly or short people to do stuff on the second step.

Quick question guys, and maybe a topic for another video. Whenever I try to do abdominal workouts, my upper abs start to cramp up after about a dozen reps of crunches, leg raises, whatever. If I push too hard, the pain becomes excruciating and I need to hold myself in a backward-arched stance for a minute or two to keep the muscles from constricting. Any idea what might be going on in there?
