In this Simple Workout Flow For Strength, Core and Cardio I go over two blocks building off one exercise in each block. In the first block we build off of the kettlebell deadlift and flow into the Goblet squat and Military press. In the Second block we build off of the core plank and flow into alternating core knee tucks and the kettlebell core pull across.
This is is a great HIT Workout for circuit training.
