Unlike many in similar circumstances he acknowledged that the allegations were true and apologized. That shows some integrity, and I'll bet it's better to come back from there than if he had gotten all defensive or gone on the attack.
This is the first special I ever pulled out my wallet for. It seems most of it’s on RU-vid, but I bought it anyway. The fact that our society just disappears problematic people is a damn shame. A person has to be able to apologize and come back. Everyone has fucked up before-it’s just not always public. People are a bunch of hypocrites.

I have a younger brother with intellectual disability and I found this hilarious because of how honest this is. It’s not laughing at them but the absurdity of our political correctness.

so let me give a timeline for you people...Louis ck releases a special a year ago. Many clips reach the front page of REDDIT but get deleted, due to the "socio political" atmosphere reddit wanted since 2015... This has carried on until literally A FEW DAYS AGO....Look into the reddit censorship, for some odd reason its FINALLY STUCK, reddit will not censor posts for the time being because of some drama in the UK....Flashfoward to now... Reddit gets in legal trouble regarding the censorship or free press and speech...and VWALAH Two days later...That same clip of louis ck talking about what happened becomes the most popular clip on the site....Wow....I hope reddit is a democracy again....So that all of us with dreams to make an audience have a chance again...Reddit should always be a democracy, regardless of its owner.

I cannot get enough of this special. I’ve sat down and forced at least 4 people I can think of to watch it, and that’s in addition to the 5 times I’ve sat and watched it front to back myself. This is, dare I say, his best set yet.

Louis did a Tour in Europe with this back in 2019 and I was lucky to see him in Kraków, it was hilariously funny, I cried with laughter numerous times. In case You read this Mr. Louis CK - You're the best man! Hope to see you in Poland again!
Dear Mr. Louis, I am sure that George'd be proud of You! I discovered GC on You Tube 'bout 10 years ago and I fell in love with his intelect, only to find that he'd already been gone for 3 years. I went from 'having met an amazing fella' to mourning a 'friend' within a space of 10 minutes. I have been keeping a close eye on standup ever since. Living in rural Poland is currently socially demanding - maybe a bit like Hungary lately.. and listening to someone whe is so 'in tune with reality' is truly a blessing. Its great that Louis CK is back full-force. His critics in comedy or entertainment are angry because they are not as funny and thus attempt to cancel him.
We started saying "retarded" instead of "stupid" because stupid is not a polite word. And now "retarded" is deemed impolite. This doesn't stop. We can't just keep changing words to avoid a squeamish reality.
