The Single Leg Romanian Deadlift (1 Dumbbell) is a hinge pattern exercise that is a variant of the Romanian deadlift.
PRIMARY MUSCLES WORKED: Hamstrings, Glutes, Core
EXERCISE TECHNIQUE CUES: Balance on one leg, dumbbell in the opposite hand. Hinge at the hips, maintaining a slight bend in the standing leg, keeping back straight. Feel the stretch in the hamstrings before returning to the start.
