Thanks so much!!! My first comment on your yt because you’ve been doing workouts that are accurate!! I needed to slim my calves and I know that we can’t target spot to lose a specific part really, but these kind can help with giving a slender look along with doing cardio that isn’t too heavy for the calves. Mizi, your videos are excellent, thank you for creating them! I tried the slim leg workout today and felt the challenge on my muscles:). Would you suggest alternating exercises targeting different muscle groups on different days, for example: leg workout on Monday, arm workout Tuesday….?

앗, 제가 잘못 눌러서 댓글이 삭제가 됐어요..ㅜㅜ 하체비만인 제게 이런 영상 완전 좋다고..전에 추천해 주신 영상 따라하니 다리가 훨씬 편해져서 감사하다고 올렸었는데.. 이 운동도 방금 끝냈어요..다리가 시원하고 좋네요..마지막 자세..종아리 너무 아파서 죽는줄 알았네요..많이 뭉쳐있나봐요..항상 좋은 운동 올려주셔서 감사합니다~♡

Hi! Actually the best way is doing this 2 times, before and after workout. But if you don't have enough time, do it before workout and do 2:00 poses as the last stretching.
