An infested mosquito will land on you and the botfly eggs will drop onto your skin and as they hatch they eat your flesh and burrow into you. They are about the size of a quarter. There are plenty of videos on botfly removal.

This geninuely feels like it but for the modern age, Meat Canyon are actually geniuses that literally use this medium to showcase their vast ability of storytelling.
