I used to have OCD so bad I almost died several times. It began when I laid in bed to sleep, but put pressure on my abdomen... I felt my bladder. I got up to pee several times and eventually after days I had this annoying thought "you don't wanna have to wake up and pee... SO STOP DRINKING!" I would go 2 days at a time without any liquid. On each 3rd day I'd drink, then stay awake all night. I even started using catheters, same one repeatedly (my bladder muscles got weak as a result of an autoimmune disease). Took me dang 14 years to overcome that stupid OCD.

I don't understand any fear of public restrooms or stall standoffs. I'll just walk into a stall and let loose. I don't really care what randomers think. Using a friend's or woman's bathroom is a bit different, though. I don't really want them to hear or smell annything, but there's still no fear.
