Thanks for your videos. I chose 7 exercises and did them daily. Finally after 4 months I noticed my cheeks look higher in a picture, and I got 2 positive comments from co-workers. One said my face is glowing, and the other said I look like I had a face lift. It takes time and dedication, but is well worth it. I will now add more exercises to my routine.

You are amazing and I can't tell you how grateful I am for your videos. When I was a quickly aging 45 I met an 82 year old European woman who told me about the exercises she learned from you and other skin care she learned from her grandmothers. During those conversations I also learned about oils and salts, but this information about the minutae is so very important. I love you.

Thank You Peta! My honey noticed that my skin was aglow and that was just after a few days of face exercises. I really like the exercises that release toxins and chemicals from the lymph nodes and glands. I actually felt under the weather when I first started. I released so many toxins, I became kind of flu-ish. Now i feel more energized. This is truly amazing.

I just finished working on my forehead muscles. I'm starting my 4th month now PETA Dear. I am determined to make my face look even younger. How old would you guess I am from my photo which was taken on September 24, 2016? I had been doing your exercises for three weeks. I do have some weight to lose as well! Again my dear, I want to thank you from the bottom of my ❤️️ for being there and helping me find my way. I am an actress and with your help, maybe I will get more parts 😘

Wow Peta! This is the first time I have watched this video and it is fascinating to hear you talk about the correlation between our organs and the lines on our faces. I am so impressed with how different your face looks now compared to how you look here. Your ability to keep at it even though it took awhile to achieve the results you desired is so inspiring. I can't believe you used to smoke. One thing I DO notice after 5 weeks of doing the facial exercises is the change in the tone of my face because of the increased blood flow. Gwen Bardon Hi Gwen, yes, the changes are amazing, I am even surprised! lol! And, the organs do correlate with what is happening on our faces. So, if we have sluggish kidneys, it shows up as bagging under the eyes and so forth. Whoever the little chinese man was that found that organs correlate to the face was a genius to say the least! Thanks Gwen for your comment also about how the tone of your face is changing, it is true, it is the blood moving around again! Wonderful news!

If you've had deep set forehead wrinkles for many years I guess it'll take much longer to get rid of my wrinkles! Aside from my Neck and forehead the rest of my face isn't that bad. It's been about four months That l'm doing Your exercises, both Daily & Nightly! I haven't missed a day. Thank You once again. I will definitely keep up with this Forever 🌹

Hi Dina, glad that you are doing the exercises, but I have mentioned to you before you are not to do them twice a day. Otherwise you will be over exercising your facial muscles and will cause them to fatigue and sag. Would you please just go to once a day! Happy Holidays!

WOW! I underestimated how difficult these exercises can be. At first I thought it was silly, but I realized how hard and tiring it can be for the face muscles. Hopefully I'll create a routine to do them and smooth out the lines on my face. Would you recommend exercising different facial muscles different days? You know, like working out the big muscles with weight at the gym? Anyway, I think one of my sisters must've been doing the nose reshaping exercises. Her nose is more perky and I know she didn't have surgery. She mentioned she stood in front of the mirror everyday and visualized her nose that way. Who knew??

Even though you don't know it, I am your company EVERY night. I am trying to perfect these exercises. Sometimes I forget how to move the mouth. But, I do think that I am seeing some results. I am doing three different exercises every morn and eve for cheek lifting and labial folds, as well as chin. Sticking to these for two weeks and adding something later. Hope this is correct. Thank you Peta. You are helping a lot of us who cannot afford to get a real face lift. I wouldn't anyway. lol

I think we have spoken before about the EAWM Series, I think that you could follow those for 12 weeks and see how you go with results. I would love to hear your progress. And I hear ya about face lift, also, it is major surgery and there is some down time afterwards, so, face exercises are such a wonderful alternative, affordable too lol!!!

Clem thats great, but do not change the EAWM Series if you are doing those. Make your own routines because you cannot change the routines I have created otherwise you will form more wrinkles. Trust me, miss peta knows

Suggested Routine. IMPORTANT: do them in the order from forehead to neck: 1. Forehead wrinkle buster 2. Eyelid lifter 3. Cheek lifter 4. Cheek plumper 5. Lip plumber 6. Double chin & neck Hope this helps! It sure has helped me!

Hi Peta I'm so thrilled about this. I'm starting to see results now, and it feels GREAT! Thank you for all the work you're doing. I wanted to ask about your experience with the exercises of lifting the brow. I was told that surgical browlifts are done differenty on women and men as not to give men a feminized look. Do men have to approach the forehead exercises differently to avoid that?

+Janus Andersen - Hi Janus, as with all exercises, you need to do a full face routine. If you do the exercise properly you will not have problems, and the exercises are for both men and women. So, you should be ok. Also, are you doing the full face routines?

Hard to do these exercises in Bed AND in front of a mirror ;-) your videos help me to focus --however I am sitting up watching YOU ....not lying down ... I guess ones I learn and know I am doing it right I can do it in bed ...but that will take yet a LONG time. Thank you

+Evelina Yost - Hi Evelina, yes, I understand. When learning the exercises you need to do them in front of the mirror to see what you are doing, but once you learn them you are meant to do them in bed. Some people cant, you just have to do what you can do. It should take a week to learn the routine. :-)

Greetings from the USA 🇺🇸. Have liked & subscribed. With your help hope to strengthen all my facial muscles. Recently the Domino effect has started. One thing leads 2 another. Eyebrow muscles have fallen which is giving me hooded eyes. Which interferes with being able 2 C my eye shadow & eyeliner which won't stay on, hooded part rubs it off. This will fix it. 4 all U do, this buds 4 U🌷Thanks

you look fantastic. I think it's wonderful how you've figured all this put on your own! amazing!! I need to fill out the sides of my face. my face is naturally thin but now that I'm over 40 I look gaunt and unhealthy. everyone is contouring their faces with makeup! I don't need that. I need to add volume under my cheekbones and get rid of laugh lines. which exercises are best for this. or which videos should I watch. i also have hooded and deep set eyes.

+Shalini Kanessan - Hi Shalini, just keep doing a full face routine, and your facial muscles will tone your face to the natural shape of your face. You cannot change the basic shape of your facial skeletal features.

Thank you for all of your videos. I have faithfully been doing your exercises, but I too seem to have noticed longer nabial lines on my lower face. Any suggestions? I detest these marionette lines! Will more concentration on cheek lifts make a big difference? Will more jowl exercises make a big difference? Thanks, Barbara

I like the idea of the exercises and you look great. Im wondering though, don't you creat wrinkles by lifting the brow...won't it make wrinkles worse? After all, that's why people do Botox. Can you explain it to me?

+Stacie Heroux well.. my general knowledges tells me that if your muscles are stretched out then your skin has more surface area to cover. the reason why you get wrinkles so easily in some areas is because the muscle is short and tense so your skin has an easier time folding over and making lines. if your muscles are longer and stretched then they won't be able to bunch up. not a medical professional, just what i'd assume is the reason why.

Hi Peta! Can you please clarify..you had said to not do more than one exercise for each muscle so would this video count as 3 different exercises for the the forehead or do we do all 3 moves all at once?

Chessa Barron When you do this exercise, use it as a 3 in 1 as you say, yes do all 3 moves at once. Then you will not over exercise the areas. I hope that helps!

hi peta, this is a 4 step exercise...i i were to start today, would i have to do all 4 parts today one after the other(50) reps and then after 2 weeks increase to 100 reps? pls clarify as i'm confused. thanks

+Pick a pretty picture - so as i understand it, you have chosen 4 exercises, correct? If so, you do 50 repetitions for 2 weeks, 100 repetitions for 2 weeks and 150 repetitions for 2 weeks. Then, create a new routine with different exercises and start again on 50 repetitions and build up again.

+Tree Seer - Hi Tree, no you should not have any wrinkling at all. You need to isolate the wrinkles with your fingers as you lift your brow.

hi peta i did exercises lying in bed this morning but didn't feel the burn or my face didn't feel as though it had a good workout. you said that some of your exercises should be done in front of a mirror, it does make sense to lay flat but didn't feel it working for me. confused about my routine now

+carol flannigan Hi Carol, you need to do the exercises laying down if you can, but also, you should look in the mirror when you are learning them, and every now and then to make sure you are doing them correctly.

Lol....seems like i confused u as well.....i actually meant this particular exercise(how to smooth out forehead & frown lines glabellar lines between the eyes with face exercise) is a four part exercise....do we do this four step all at one time or build it up part by part. sorry for the confusion.

I've seen years ago a woman who did brow exercise She held her brow line with her fingers on both sides' And then raised and lowered her brow She said to slightly pull the brows apart and be careful not to stretch them much. Then use both of your hands and literally pull down ( not hard at first though ) as you are saying here on the brow line? I did that years ago however I was working and had seen this in passing? Do you know if that sounds ok?

Hi Peaches You need to be following the full face routines with my program. In addition everything, along with the Exercise Along With Me videos are in the playlists on this channel. There are 6 Exercise along with me series that you will follow over a period of 30 weeks. This covers ALL of the areas of your face with BALANCE. If it’s not covered in one series it will be in the next. This is why I ask people to follow the program religiously because it could cause over exercising thru the series if you change it. Make sure you watch the beginner coaching videos before you start, learn how to follow the program, the do’s and don’ts and the huge amount of content I have there for free, for you to achieve your facial exercise success. Don’t worry about adding exercises, and don’t worry about the other exercises on the channel. They will be used in other series in due course. You have 6 series there to work with. That is an amazing amount of content. Just start doing it and then you will start to see the changes. Also if you haven’t already remember to subscribe and hit the notification bell also, as the program is forever evolving and you could miss out on updates. Let me know how you go 😀

Hi Peta: I heard that you say you will talk about red light. I do have a LED machine that has 3 colors, red, blue and green. I have been using it for a while but have not seen any results yet, not sure if I should be using it every day. I have looked around and read 3-5 days a week. Any advise? Thanks

as mentioned earlier here in the comments: don't you creat wrinkles by lifting the brow...won't it make wrinkles worse? Because after all, the horizontal wrinkles on the forehead are caused by forehead frowning right.

Myron Tris Hi Myron yes you are correct, you can make the wrinkles worse, but you need to isolate them with your fingers so as not to create more wrinkles when doing the exercise. So, place your fingers in the middle of the brow, pull down and lift up your brown. This does not create more wrinkles but works in building the small muscles. I hope that helps!

I have noticed that over my left brow I have a wrinkle that appears to be getting worse. Is it possible for them to get worse before getting better?

Della Trychel Hi Della, have you tried changing the exercise about to a newer one on my play list. Also, are you lifting the brow, or pushing the brow down? Possibly have another look to see which way you are moving the brow.... I hope that helps!

I always thought my glabellar and frontalis muscles were too strong. When I'm in the sun...my forehead...especially between my eyebrows, bunch up and pull forward. I have some horizontal lines across my forehead and a 1 forming by my right eyebrow. 😖 I thought he the strength of my muscles were the problem and that my only option was Botox ($ which I don't have) to relax the muscles....but it might actually be BETTER to STRENGTHEN these muscles? Thanks in advance...😊

I seem to have my nose moving when I do the third exercise...any suggestions how to isolate better so my nose doesn't move. Is that a bad thing?

Esteri G. Hi Esteri, you need to move your nose because the muscles are all interconnected in that area, so, when you move your procerus, your nose will naturally move. Its ok!

I couldn't hear you at a normal volume, so I turned my TV up to the highest level, 60. I still couldn't hear all of your words, you're speaking very low. However the music comes through at a normal volume. Can you fix this video so you can be heard at a normal volume? Thank you!

+FACEROBICS® - Your Face Exercise Coach Please clarify...you are lifting your eyebrows on the first part of this, without using your fingers, then place your fingers on the forehead. are you lifting the forehead first without fingers? A bit confusing if you say it does cause wrinkling.

Joe Jacobsen Hi Joe, no, this is not normal, you may have exercised a little too hard, this is the only thing I can think of. I understand why you are concerned. Possibly, could you see a Dr? In anycase, I would suggest you stop the exercise!!! Please let me know how you go!!!!

I'm 58 and it's worked for me (surprize, surprize)! My husband noticed within one week. ONE week! I am truly amazed and so happy I'll never consider botox, fillers or face lift again (thank God....and Peta!) :-)
