A briefer video on how Solemnities/Feasts/Memorials are handled in the CP version of the Liturgy of the Hours. It is not my preferred method of praying, so take it as-is!
Not sure if you’re willing to, but can you do a video with the Shorter book? I’m confused on how to use it for feast days and solemnities. It doesn’t seem to match up. I just started using it on All Saints lol so its confusing since it didn’t match up to the app but i get the regular use.
the Saint Joseph guide for Christian Prayer I have does not have the (OOR) page numbers. I just purchased this a few weeks ago, it say use for edition No.407.
407 is the large print edition. My St. Joseph Guide says for edition no. 406. The 406 Guide does have the pages listed on the last line for each day. For example, today (Feb 24, 2021) shows [OOR 1794, Rd 1890f & 1968f; Pr 375]
@@tjhurson2493 I just checked the info for the large print edition and found the below, which would explain the missing part in your guide: "Unlike the Regular Size Edition, it does not include selections from the Office of Readings, Hymns, or Music for the Liturgy of the Hours.
