You are most dumbest guy ever you don't even know what music is I use marshalls and Bose dude , I pick sony xb40 for the realistic sound there jbls always feels like someone has installed an eq on them where's the mid and lows on them , sony makes the best sounding devices at affordable end the audio feels near to my marshalls ( near by 75%) but hey consider the price marshalls are thrice expensive than sony as well as Bose , jbls are like okey okey but I do like Harman kardon their parent brand

The 40 is more crisp sounding than the 41 but the 41 has richer bass so its just all in the person's preference

Before I got the srs-x77 and now I got xb41 which is much better and I love it. Especially outside the sound is loud and hearable from long distance. Srs-x77 has a subwoofer and tweeter so voice was more clear and it was better for movies but still I don't regret this change. XB41 is more enjoyable so go and get it 💪💪💪

Ashima Mahajan not really, in person it's more noticeable that the xb41 is better than the xb40. Hense why I purchased the 41 instead. It was funny, because I had all intentions of getting the 40, but when I heard the 41, I couldn't make up my mind. So I went with my gut, and got the 41.

As much of a douche I'm going to sound for this but, not buying the speaker would be the only way to fix it. It's not an issue it's a battery saving problem nobody wanted. I have the xb30 and I used to hate it but I've come to terms with it and appreciate knowing the battery is dying without an annoying voice telling me recharge battery or X% battery remaining every time it goes down 1%.

I got the sony xb31 and charge 3,,personally i like the charge 3 its battery life is awesome i can get easily 15hrs at 50% volume unlike the xb31 only 7hrs :(

@@TrendingPendingVideos i have the jbl xtreme 2 and recommend it than the xtreme 1,,it has deeper bass better sound and the tweeter at high levels is not ear piercing compared to the xtreme 1 does not distort at all,,my xb31 is good but it clearly lacking in highs the equalizer does not help at all, i also notice slight distortion,,although is has better bass than my charge 3, i still like the charge 3 better because it has more open sound

The 41 is slightly louder than the 40, slightly less distortion, slightly less treble, and it's waterproof. I would definitely get the 41 over the Xtreme

Meegabyte Studio I bought the xb41, and it sounds really nice. Btw it isn't as muffled as people say. I wasn't able to hear the xb40 in person, but from what I've heard, it sounds pretty similar to the 41. The jbl Xtreme has adequate highs, but it lacks the low bass notes, and often comes over sounding boomy and not very nice. And don't forget about the battery problems with the Xtreme, I wouldn't take the risk with it. To he honest, getting either the 40 or 41, you won't be disappointed, they are both very good speakers.

Just because you did not charge it fully before your long ass party does not mean it's a failure. Mine is great and long lasting during parties, etc.

HR-Vex Uhg, mine was fully charged! It doesn’t last more than 5 hours on high volume. Look at Amazon reviewers with people reporting same problems. The issue is not even with battery capacity but the fact that once the battery is at 50% the speaker automatically switches to low volume but you can’t play on high volume when the speaker is plugged in and charging. You have to wait for full recharge to play on high again.

@@dcentral what party is more than 5 hours long? Also, turn off the lights to make it last longer. No issues with my XB41

charlie reed 50 dollars more than the speaker its competing with the XB41. The 3 year old Xtreme still holds up now and the second gen will be better in every way.

o War Eagle o no be honest, it really won't be a drastic change. They claimed "more bass", and new drivers, all that means is more sound distortion. The only real upgrade is the new drivers, ip67 waterproof (XB41 has it too) and a bottle opener in the shoulder strap. DATS IT. It's going to be over hyped and overpriced.

charlie reed It has more watts than the previous version. If you think new new drivers means more distortion you dont know speakers well.

@@TrendingPendingVideos xtreme 2 is better for bass cuz it goes lower. The xtreme 1 just has louder bass. If you listen to music with lower bass go for the xtreme 2, if you want a louder bass then xtreme 1. Also some key notes to take in is the xtreme 2 is less loud but way more balanced, while xtreme 1 is louder but less balanced and at times the highs and lows drown out the mids. Either way you will enjoy the bass but that is up to you.
