Hello again, I noticed you started raising right away. My guess is you started around the rim so as to to compress the metal to keep it thickened. True? Why did you not start with sinking?

Looks like argotect ?? mixed with meths not a great chemical to inhale but does a great job of protecting from fire stain

I would just like to say that from what I have learned each pass should be in the opposite direction. Doesn't look like that was done here.

I also learned raising was opposite direction each pass. I learned this from Edwin Niemi. A silversmith who taught at Illinois State University.
