Oh, I'm a lemon nut! You could do it without lemon if you like though, just use a season all and smoked paprika for the top along with the butter pats...
Melissa, looks awesome. When I drain frozen spinach, I let it sit in a colander for a while before squeezing water out. Seems to be easier to squeeze when I drain it first. I love the way you make everything look simple & easy. Still waiting for Joe's meatloaf.
One of my favorite dips is Catalina salad dressing and Philadelphia cream cheese do 2 cream cheese a little over half a bottle of Catalina mix till creamy put in fridge dip with pretzels soooo good.

Looks like Melissa hits another one out of the park. Salmon is my absolute favorite fish. This looks goooood. Next time I get salmon, I'll give this a try and let you know. See you got your new mixer, hope it holds up. I've been using my 40 year old ebay find mixer for 3 months now. Old is best!
