Hey #sveltecrew !
I have an amazing workout video for this video that will feature a standing hour glass workout to help slim out your waist and abs at the same time!
These five exercises are incredible for targeting both of those body parts and will really help to develop your figure if done 2-3 times a week. Make sure to work out at your own pace but if you enjoy the workout then adding this into your routine will help build those muscles to help you work towards having that hour glass figure!

I loved this workout. Thank you Coach Mere. ❤ I was diagnosed with osteoporosis. Any excercises you can recommend? 😘 . In know excercise is important.

For knee osteoarthritis, I have trouble doing some of the squats. Is there an alternative exercise?

I always recommend that you consult your physician before starting any new exercise program, but I offer many modifications for my exercises. Modifications include a step jack, not doing a full knee bend, or using something to hold onto (like a counter, chair, bedpost, etc.). Also, the workouts are low-impact and performed at your own pace, so you can work at a level that is suitable for you! 🤩👍
