Howdy Foxy, Nice day of fishing and you pulled a dinosaur egg so I still call shenanigans. Also its only the big coop for dinos. :D Level 4 forage is 1300 xp, and you just hit 3 (>770). unfortunately the only thing in the mines that gives foraging are the cave carrot and the mushrooms (7 per). Trees give 12 exp when the tree falls, and only 1 extra for the stump; so ignore basic stumps. The large stumps/logs give 25 each so they are probably the best option; and with all that extra wood you can open up the beach, and get the beach forageables (7 per). Until you get an upgraded axe and/or pigs foraging is a bit of a bear to level D: Waiting to sell is really up to you. the big price break-point is getting crops in the ground Summer 1, so I almost always end up dumping all my stock for more starfruit. You are just about to hit F6 (3300 xp) and bonus isn't until F10 (15,000 xp) which is ~266 starfruit (44 each) or 1950 hops (115 seeds planted summer 1), either way you are likely not going to make F10 before late summer (24-28). There are limitations to how many plants you can tend without losing you mind, but the loss of 40% in the short term means more crops in the ground; each increasing its value by huge margins (Hops: 30g seed into 7140 pale ale, Starfruit: 400g seed into 3150g wine) you could sell all your stuff now (spring 21) and dump it into kale (70g seed into >120g kale: 70% markup) for a nice little bump in XP, but again its about the watering and what you could be doing otherwise. For players going the non-skull-caverns route this is likely the Best ROI (once you have the required sprinklers). They will just have to prioritize more time in the mines for the bars to expand their sprinkler army; I believe in your last guide you made up like 100 sprinklers by spring 28, which would basically eliminate the need to water ever again. At ~790 hops (less space for scarecrows) you would basically spend your entire day just harvesting and loading kegs, though I haven't done the math on how long it would actually take; nets you a cool 5.6 million gold when done though :D

Storm hit HARD on my city today

Rain is not at all uncommon in the spring. I expect about 13 days of rain every spring, because often I do a "no watering can" run and usually I can grow cauliflower with just ambient rain. It doesn't always work, but it quite often does.
