This is so timely. I just ended a relationship with the help of a pandemic in March for that reason. And now I’m dealing with the guilt, sadness and frustration of playing myself again. Soul ties are real and now I’m having to work to get my soul right again. The pain of heart break is not worth it. The spinning around on the wheel cause you are stuck emotionally is not worth. I held up the man that God has for me as well He wanted for me because of my foolishness. I pray the Most High gives me another chance in this area. Since the last 2 years I’ve stuck to abstinence I have had players come n go and I haven’t had to embarrass myself or get emotionally involved with anyone too early when the relationship is not formed yet !! LOL love the country accent bc thats how i talk too. Now about the message: took my last relationshit to realize why staying off your bike is so helpful for me. I verbalized all things to my therapist regarding that guy and it was simple: i got on my bike too fast and 1 year in we hit the brick wall. he wanted to cohabitate for the sake of his bills, and my standard was no shacking up - but i was being an entire hypocrite being on my bike! i remember our convo about my paralyzing fear of pregnancy - thats the biggest commitment one can make in my life in my opinion. he was just like "well if it happens"... i got off my bike, GOT OUT and have been single/self-improving since January. im not even 30 yet and still have so much to learn. Im certain I will grow and learn as long as i stay off my bike! thanks sir.
My so called “best friend,” praised God one minute, then was choking and beating on girls, the next. He used being a believer as a manipulation to get women and then treated them terribly once they were hooked in. Thank God we never crossed the “friendship” line because he is a true “grown boy “ and is nearing 50 years old and never been married.
