[Step by Step] How to make MAGDALENAS 

This recipe is one of my favorites, because with basic ingredients you can get a great result, in addition to lowering the cost by making little layers that give a rustic touch to these delicious MAGDALENAS CON NUEZ. You can omit the walnut to lower costs without any problem and you can add a little orange or lemon zest to give them a better flavor.
The homemade muffins are the most exquisite you can eat, since in this step by step I will show you that they are not difficult to prepare and also without molds (layercillos). The essence of butter and vanilla gives them a great flavor and in combination with the oil, they are incredibly moist, fluffy and soft in addition to being with a high and shiny top.
MUFFINS WITH WALNUTS
Ingredients:
-4 1/2 pc. Medium whole egg (50 gr. approximately without shell)
-210 gr. standard or refined sugar (1cup)
-1 teaspoon. Vanilla essence
-1 teaspoon. Butter essence
-170 ml. Cooking oil (1cup)
-110 ml. Whole milk at room temperature (1/2 cup)
-225 gr. All-purpose wheat flour (1 ½ cups)
-8 gr. Baking powder (3/4 tbsp)
-50 gr. finely chopped walnuts (+ 4gr. wheat flour)
(1/2 cup + 1 tsp)
