🙏 Thank you, Brother, for making this video. A few weeks ago I went to a meditation retreat at Magnolia Grove Monastery in Missouri (USA) where we did these exercises. I want to continue to do them at home. It really helps to have a video to show how to do them!

hi, nice came across ur video. we must thank u. the way this video done, is simple, clear, slow, easy to understand, follow n do things. your English language is very good, n clear, which make it so easy to listen n understand n focus n follow u, step by step. i am impressed with ur very gd useful work. u r real professional. ur video calm, not noisy at all, n its gd without noizy loud disturbing music. i wish gd success n gd luck in any gd things u do n present to public n humanity. continue ir gd work, n maintain same gd quality.

Doing gentle calisthenics and/or chi-kung before meditation, enhances and deepens our experience. For the more dedicated amongst you I recommend a short period of chanting as well. Some where around twenty minutes of chanting has proven to be most efficacious in this regard. Good luck on your journey. Laoshr #60 Ching Yi Kung Fu Association

Many thanks for the wonderful demonstratio ❤the exercises and the warmups were very well explained , exercises are when explained with a group switch varying capabilities of participants motivates the viewer to move forward and try out anything new for self developmet .

I’m going to try this tomorrow with a long scarf. Have been for a little over six months been doing daily Ba Duan Jin and TaiChi/Qi Gong. Thank you for the video.

you need the wand or it won't be effective - get a 5' dowel that is the same thickness as a broomstick
