Doing gentle calisthenics and/or chi-kung before meditation, enhances and deepens our experience. For the more dedicated amongst you I recommend a short period of chanting as well. Many thanks for the wonderful demonstratio ❤the exercises and the warmups were very well explained , exercises are when explained with a group switch varying capabilities of participants motivates the viewer to move forward and try out anything new for self developmet .
