Great Guana Cay is the middle child (well-adjusted and easy going) compared to its Abaco siblings, energetic Elbow Cay with stunning Hope Town, and reserved but beautiful Man-O-War Cay. In this short and sweet episode, we find the major party destinations, a tiki bar worthy of staking out to watch the world go by, and finally a bit of off-road biking. Another paradise of simple pleasures, just enough on the island to sustain visitors, and Marsh Harbour is only a ferry boat ride away. Very friendly locals and intrepid visitors make the place easy to adopt as a destination of choice for something a little different. Sailing a Catalina 42 - and enjoying the lovely waters and cays.

Hey, Lake Placid is one of my favorite places to ski - and that waffle house you have at Bristol Mountain rocks! There are plenty of days I would switch places for a while. I really need more exercise than I can get on this journey- which will be addressed in future episodes. Hang in there, boating season is right around the corner for you.
