I am 69 years old and I am not on any prescribed drugs, I ditched my doctor over 25 years ago. I use food, herbs and certain supplements to keep the body healthy. Very important topic. Grateful!
I’m 74 in August and I have had symptoms since2007. numb toes frequent urination and other autoimmune diseases last week June 28 I started taking b1 most of these symptoms were gone in less then a week 4different Dr. And I find out about thiamine and different types of magnesium and I feel so much better
I am 82 and do not use any Rx drugs or wear glasses for anything. I have a driver's license with no restrictions that will expire on my 89th birthday. I do use a lot of supplements and have for many years and I credit this to being able to avoid using the drugs.
Awesome vid 👍The only thing I'd add is that the spinach and almonds have their own associated problems, being that they are both extremely high in oxalate
Doctors still say you can get all your nutrients from a healthy diet but they dont know that all the vitamins and minerals are stripped of the modern diet. Supplements are good tho.
I got life long anxiety n panic attack just 4 days after metronidazole ciproflox meds. Both will deplete your mitochondria n damage the thiamin stores causing severe thiamine deficiency n anxiety life long..i m on thiamine suppliments now just to stay alive..35 year old doctor me
Thanks Dr0 I smoke and drink cofee wich includes coconut milk butter xylatol and Celtics salt. 2 cups a day usually but I'm on no meds and I practice a carnivore diet with ox bile and digestive enzymes as I have no gallbladder A month in So far so good 👍

Lol the devil eyes 👹👺👿😂😂😂 Cute. You know me I,m teasing. And BTW I quit taking Metformin and Simvaststin. I don,t feel safe with those two unless you say different, I,ll think about it. Ok Doc talk to you later and I do have a question about coffee. I,ll get back to you later on that. Asta la vista. 🥂🎄👍
That means that you're very thiamine deficient-- it's a good sign. Look up Derrick Lonsdale's (RIP) and Chandler Marrs' website Hormones Matter. There are articles written by him explaining the "paradoxical" reaction where people feel worse before they feel better. If people feel worse when they take thiamine, it's a good sign that they are deeply in need of it, and a sign that you'll be able to recover fully. Elliot Overton explains much of this on his channel EONutrition too. As always, go LOW and go SLOW with readjusting your body's chemistry. Give yourself time to adjust. You'll be alright
Thank you doctor you are an absolute genius and most importantly a righteous man who wants to help people clearly… this system is designed to keep people sick and in the doctors office thereby bringing in tens of billions for big pharma…. Big pHARMa… these are a crime syndicate
Acid blockers did it for me. I was never warned what damage they could cause. Luckily based on my symptom expression I'll make a full recovery once I figure out this whole thiamine dosing/paradoxical reaction thing.
I wish beyond all wishes that I'd gotten to know that man. He knew exactly what I was going through this whole time. I'll read him, I'll mourn him. Nothing but love for the work he did.
@@LaneCodeRedCarnivore my experience, not all fiber sources are the same. Bananas, potatoes, cooked greens, avocados are helpful. The small pot of cooked greens early in day keep my cravings& binging in check. Good luck 😉
I have to ask - where in nature do we find 33% of calories from carbs? In autumn, yes, there's fruit to fatten us up for winter, but what carbs do we eat in the rest 3/4 of the year? Farming is not part of nature, so I'd be grateful if someone points out this source of carbs that I am missing.
@@MsJayski People moved to Europe fifty thousand years ago. Were they in search of tropical fruit or game? What did they prefer to eat, why did they move?
