Thank you for sharing these workouts and your knowledge. I did them twice and I’m trying to do one of your videos daily. I started medication in July before I learned anything about it, my doctor didn’t give me an option and it felt like a life sentence. I will continue to follow you, you are an inspiration!

who says dogs can't tell time? Love the exercises, and Susannah and Ellie. I personally find music distracting during workouts. Even though it is nice music, it is hard for me to hear the dialogue and focus with the music playing. Of course I respect that the person who makes the video can do what they want :), just some feedback. Even lowering the volume would help. Thanks for listening.

Music done well in videos is challenging, and I respect that not everyone enjoys. I believe out of my 100+ videos 3 or 4 have some music, and I'm no sound engineer haha! I personally love music for yoga (maybe not so much for weight training) but RU-vid does not make it easy. I do appreciate your feedback!!

I know most probably don't have that issue . of course it's your video. you do ask for feedback so thought I would put it out there. your videos are my favorites because they are easy to follow and offer choices. thanks for listening.

Hi ❤ur exercises and Ellie. I have a question. How long till seeing results with osteopenia or osteoporosis? Anything else i can do aside of course of vitamin D and Calcium and these exercises? What is your FB group to join? Many thanks.

Hi Susannah...at 5:10, do I keep one leg straight? or should it be bent?

I would say straighten it, but decide what feels most stable for you. It doesn't matter to the effectiveness of this exercise, remember to keep your core engaged and spine straight.
