Let's Build Strength and Muscle with this Total Body Strength and Conditioning Workout ! We have 3 Sets of 4 Exercises (Repeated for 2 Rounds). We will train all of our Major Muscle Groups and work on our Flexibility as well. I will be using a Small Household Step for a couple of the exercises in today's class. A Warm Up and Cool Down are also included.
