Let's Build Strength and Muscle with this Total Body Strength and Conditioning Workout ! We have 3 Sets of 4 Exercises (Repeated for 2 Rounds). We will train all of our Major Muscle Groups and work on our Flexibility as well. I will be using a Small Household Step for a couple of the exercises in today's class. A Warm Up and Cool Down are also included.

Hi Trish, Happy Tuesday. I really enjoyed this cardio conditioning class today! Thank you!! I was able to use my 7 & 8 lbs. I feel energized and ready for my day! The stretches at the end were really nice too! We had a nice relaxing day yesterday. My daughter was off work too, so I went over and hung out with them for a few hours but wasn't there all day. Today I'll be back to all day. Have a wonderful rest of your day and I look forward to tomorrow's class! All my best! 🙋‍♀️🌸🌷💐🌺🏃‍♀️💪🌻🥰

Hi Trish, Happy Monday! It is actually Memorial Day holiday here today so I am going to do this new strength workout tomorrow, but wanted to send a quick message and get my thumbs up in ASAP. I was going to do it this morning, but my husband decided he wanted to relax in the front room with his coffee, which is where I normally work out using the TV, so tomorrow it is, lol. Yes, I am always amazed at how breathless I feel with some of the strict strength training moves!!! When we go from one move to the next without much rest it keeps the heart rate elevated throughout the workout. Well done with this one! 💪💪🥰🌺❤️
