I also am an active 69 year old with Osteoarthritis, I've just started with your yoga with weights. Great sessions, I plan to keep it up. I've been doing daily yoga for over 1 1/2 years!
Hi Susannah this is my first time viewing your video, but not new to yoga or exercise. Is this yoga class ok for bulging disc? I have some lumbar issues currently dealing with and want to be safe. Also want to strengthen my spine to keep strong bones. Thanks so much! You are a blessing.
