This is a fantastic video. I have arthritis in both wrist and find it hard at times to do any pose on my hands. The finger placement in this video is a huge help. Thanks so much for sharing this.

Your videos are really awesome and helpful! I've just recently started checking them out and I enjoy them a lot. I like to do them for the stretches and breathing. I don't do yoga for the religious associations behind it.. I just find it really relaxing and I feel better when I do it. So thank you again!

Short question: What's the best way to use your sequences? can they be done alone during the day, or is better to do it after some warm up, or at the end of a 45min regular class...? I'm never sure when to practice advanced poses.
