One of my all time favourite shorter sessions. I get bored at home doing anything more than 25 minutes. This is currently helping me during the 'pandemic' lockdown. Thank you Esther.

This was so amazing! I usually have trouble with forward bends as my ligaments on the inside of my knees feel tight and painful. I foam rolled my whole legs (including inner thighs - which helped the most) and it made such a difference to my practice. I feel like a new person!

I'm really enjoying this morning flow - I've done it 2 mornings in a row now. I am not completely sure I want to do the 21 mornings of yoga, but this is making me think seriously about it. Thank you!

any tips on when you say now sit on your feet... my knees feel tight with this.

Greetings, I am loving having adopted this particular 20 for early in my day. Question, "make the groin hollow" -- can you describe this a little? I am an older lady, have done various yoga classes over the years (still not too flexible though!). I think I'm doing most postures okay, just uncertain about this phrase.
