How to gain mobility (opening/closing) in the hips and pelvis? How to relieve the pain of a hip with osteoarthritis?
In this 1st video, I propose 5 exercises to do at home.
Because of the connection between the hips and the lumbar region, these exercises can also be integrated into a rehabilitation program for back pain.
I learned these exercises in martial arts. They were very useful ^^
You just have to do them regularly... a little bit every day. :)
Dosage:
- Warm up
Cross-legged posture : 1min on each side
Dynamic movement : 10 back and forth
- Work in rotation of the hips
5 repetitions on the right and on the left
- Karateka exercise
10 round trips for each position. Do 3 sets
- Variation of the Karateka exercise
10 round trips for each position. Do 3 sets
