Are these good for those of us with mild/moderate hip OA?

Hi Sharon, I would say yes because these exercises strengthen muscles without impact on joints, but please consult with a physical therapist regarding your specific needs. I recommend exploring the videos of Alyssa Kuhn, she specializes in OA, where as my focus is OP.
