That's Ai Lee Syarief, Swiss Malaysian if I'm not mistaken... super fit role model of Strong Nation by Zumba, amazingly strong too .. immaculate moves!! 😍 She's also a Karate champion I think... So awesome!!
Whoah! What an amazing instructor -- I like all of the hand signals she uses to sign to us when a new moving is coming up. And I love that her words are focused on STRENGTH and improvement, rather than slimming or changing one's appearance. None of that "tone that booty" or "flatten that belly" nonsense. That was so much fun!

im going to be honest, i was skeptical with this workout because I loved the 20 minute one so much, and i didn't want to switch. however, this was KILLER. i swear, by the time we were on the mats, it looked like it was raining i was sweating so much! great job!
This is good zumba for me! She really good encourages you to do more! I do every day since quarantine covid-19! Sweating every morning! I can see my body getting smaller! Thank you!

Unbelievable...I didn't think I could make it through to be honest. I had an injury which held me back for almost a year, but now I am finally able to do this workout (low intensity first!). I look forward to checking out more workouts, but for now I am enjoying this one. Let's see how strong I become! Omw this workout is awesome!!! Nobody can push me like Ai Lee can and her voice and instructions calming. I've only done it twice this week with proper diet and already lost 1kg 😛

This is the same as the one on Pop Sugar with Aurelio as instructor, I like him as he’s so pleasant but Ai Lee is SO much better at giving clear direction/instruction/encouragement especially for movements where you aren’t looking at the screen. I have faith he’ll get better though! I wish this was available in my country!
A year later, 2 years into regular exercise and this workout feels intense yet completely fine. There is no need for me to use the modified versions anymore.
They had me at “Zumba” but it’s not the kind of “Zumba” I’m use to working out to. I loved this class. The cues were spot on and I will be coming back!! Thank you Ai Lee!
I had the pleasure to witness a live class in Rimini back in 2015 and fell in love with her energy and charm. No shade but no other instructor can push me as hard as Ay Lee 💟
You're an amazing warm-up. I find it easy to give it my all when you lead because of how powerful you are in demonstration and in leading with your voice. Your backup is also amazing, I was staring at the guy in the back trying to keep up with him when you gave options lol. It felt like I was competing with him, which is why the workout turned out so great for me in the end even though I struggled on the planks no lie. My track workouts a few years ago were about as intense as these workouts are and that says a lot!

I really like strong by zumba, doing 3 times per week. I would really appreciate if you had a few minute video on push-ups for beginners and how to advance and get strong on this.
Okay, so if you want to get better at pushups, first start doing them from your knees, try different kinds of pushups, but more importantly, keep the right postures and try to move more to the ground. So 1) start from your knees, and try to move them further and further from under your hips until at some point it's easier to just do pushups from toes instead of from knees. Alternating option from knees: cross your feet in the air with your knees on the ground at the pushup 2) make sure you use the full range of your arms, 3) alternate between triceps pushups and normal pushups, 4) try planking from time to time too. NB: make sure you keep your abdomen tight and your back not weirdly bent.
I used to do this workout every day in lockdown. First time doing it in about 2 years today. Holy smokes. I'm a sweaty mess. It's the best at home workout I've ever done.

Hice mucha zumba en el 2018, el 2019 me aflojé y este año entiendo que necesitaba aquello para aguantar esto, pero lo aguanto casi completo y eso es excelente, mi cuerpo no queda adolorido, amo la parte final con esa combinación de tai chi, artes marciales, yoga... miro mi cuerpo y me siento bien!!! suban más! el cuerpo pide mass!!!!!

I loved this workout !!!! Soo disappointing that she only has ONE 30 minute workout!!! I actually felt like I was in some type of military workout because she was so on point and sharp with her moves :) we need more please !!!!
