안녕하세요, 가을날 이예요 ❤️
집에서 일하는 시간이 늘어 움직임은 없고,
간식 야식 다 챙겨 먹었더니
1년동안 천천히 9kg 쪘어요
마음 다잡고 5일동안 운동없이 식단으로 -3.7 kg 감량을 했어요 🙌🏻
저는 48kg이 목표이기 때문에
건강한 식단과 적절한 운동으로 감량을 이어가려고 해요

Yeah but not for everyone. I did one I have lost 8 kgs so far. So I guess it depends on the person. But i agree, korean diet are known for that. Hope you get better

Been stuck at 58.7kgs(5"4) and hopped onto the egg diet.On day 4 I weighed 56.8kgs because I don't exercise I guess. But I think it's worth it ....I can do this all year round

My weight is the same, I'm 58. Every time I do a diet, it ruins my day, and I play sports on the second day, I break, and so on. And whoever breaks, I eat everything. I love. Now, on the first day, the target weight is 54, because it's long. 😣😘🙈

That is not losing weight, just losing a kilo every day, why are you not full and weigh less, but those kilos that you "lost" you will gain in 4 or 5 days, and you are not losing fat than that. is what makes us gain weight, what you have to do to see long-term results is with a good diet, without skipping meals, and exercising, (there if you lose FAT) remember that diet is not forever, and When you want to stop, it will give you a rebound effect, I say it since there are people who believe these types of videos, and they do not know the harm that people who do not know about it.

Miércoles 1. Coloque por la mañana en media taza o vaso de agua, el número de granos de arroz correspondiente al número de kilos que quiere bajar. 2. No ponga más granos de los que necesita porque esos kilos nunca los recuperará. 3. En la noche, tómese el agua dejando los granos para luego volver a llenar la taza hasta la mitad. Jueves Por la mañana en ayunas, beba toda el agua dejando sólo los granos de arroz y vuelva a llenar la taza hasta la mitad con agua. Viernes Por la mañana en ayunas, beba toda el agua junto con los granos de arroz. Importante 1. Conserve la taza tapada durante todo el procedimiento. 2. Reparta copias de esta dieta conforme a los kilos que desea perder. 3. Comience la dieta el miércoles no antes de haber repartido todas las copias. 4. Puede repartir la dieta a cualquier persona. 5. No haga régimen aunque resulte increíble, FUNCIONA? Nota: Si la haces tal cual se indica, respetas todo y no pones 70 granos de arroz sino 5 o 7, un número lógico, desde ya en un mes según el organismo, bajas esos kilos sin siquiera darte cuenta.

일반식은 평소 먹던 습관으로 말고 다이어트 식단으로 먹고 있어요:) 하루 2끼 먹고, 모두 다요트 식단 먹을때도 있고 한끼는 먹고 싶은거 (소량) 먹을 때도 있어요 ㅎ 가끔 오히려 찔때도 있고 이 영상처럼 확 줄지 않기도 하지만 천천히 감량이 되던가 유지가 되는거 같아요❤️

I see this kind of restrictive diet a lot. But I feel like this sudden decrease in weight is not that sustainable because when you eat normalish again the weight is increased with the same speed. And what is life without eating delicious food. I’ve lost around 6 kg without fasting or restrictive diet, all the while eating all the delicious food. It’s about reducing the amount you eat to a sustainable amount and adjusting food intake. And there is no end goal here too, maintaining your health is a lifestyle thing rather than a goal. Sometimes these kind of diets result in insomnia, hair loss, double vision, blurred thinking etc. no hate to the creator.. just stating my experience and kudos to the creator here. I will be so haangry through this diet 😅😅😅

Weight averages are very different in Asia than they are in America. I’m 54.4 kg at 14 years old and that’s average for my age.
