I've made it many times and ate it completely, but it's an exquisite bread with an exquisite garlic flavor and sweetness. This time I wanted to make bread, so I replaced the eggs with water and omitted the sugar in the topcoat to reduce the sweetness. The bread is lighter than usual with a whitish brown color.
【ingredients】
・ 200g Bread flour
・ 20g Sugar
・ 3g Instant dry yeast
・ 3g(1/2tsp)Salt
・ 65ml Warm water (1 egg)
・ 80 ml Warm milk
・ 30g Room temperature unsalted butter
・ 15g room temperature unsalted butter
・ 1tsp Grated garlic
・ 1tbsp Chopped green onions
・ 100g Mozzarella cheese
(If you want to sweeten it, add 1tsp of sugar)
✤ Oven 170 ℃ (338℉) 15-20 minutes
・ I used shredded mozzarella cheese, but if it's a block type, it's easy to cut and insert.
