No he literally meant he’s not as strong as his father. Why do DB fans do this? They take certain statements ULTRA literal but when it doesn’t match what they want to be true, they try to imply hidden meaning to it, like Toriyama has ever written his series like that. Yes they were both weakened by Moro's power absorption but we are still talking about DBS SSJ Goku and SSJ Vegeta. Even if they got weakened they were probably stronger than KID Buu. It's Dragon Ball, if he could've transformed he would've and evidently he didn't transform in the alternate Timeline where Goku died either. All these years and we haven't even gotten a official theoretical transformation from him out of Dragon Ball Heroes, etc.

Think of it like this: Let’s say injured base gokus power level was 1,000,000(33% of his full power) then say that ssj goku with all those injuries=150,000,000 All you’d be proving is that ssj is a much bigger multiplier than we thought(or 150x using this example) rather than saying namek goku is stronger than mecha frieza and king cold or other characters. Battle power isn't affected by injuries or exhaustion, it's just a maximum number. Then you have to factor in any weaknesses

@@QaamansLand I wish I could. The thing is that if we don't have official numbers all we can do is guessing so this is what I do. As for Trunks I would say 4.5-5 million base at the time of his arrival. I do power scale for fun so this is another educated guess. Then again if you have access to the guide books and you saw a different number please tell me. I don't know how to get to those.

@@QaamansLand My position is that the initial power levels and the final power levels given were correct. Goku does start with a base level of 3 million, and at the end of the fight, his full-powered SSJ is at 150 million. However, that does NOT mean that it was a straight jump. There are a whole bunch of mitigating factors that have fluctuated the power throughout the fight. 1. During the initial phase of the fight, before Goku takes serious damage, he is slowly getting stronger as the fight continues, thanks to his Sayian biology. They don't just get Zenkai's at the end of fights, but they also get stronger as fights progress if they're drawn-out enough. It's even stated by Goku, Frieza AND Piccolo, that they all recognize that the warm-up is over. 2. As the fight progresses, both before and after the x20 Kaioken, Goku is continuously beaten down and growing weaker and weaker, to the point that, as you stated, he can barely stand after the Spirit Bomb. Assuming a straight 50x multiplier, this would affect the level of power that he would achieve as a SSJ. 3. And the final factor would be both the rage boosts and/or adrenaline that would serve to give temporary boosts in power output and allow him to achieve a PL of 150 even though he should be far weaker due to his injuries. I would estimate that by the end of the fight, his UNINJURED power without a post-fight zenkai would have risen to 4 million, while he would have been around 1 million or less watching Krillin get killed, his rage would have doubled that for the initial SSJ multiplier, and prolonged combat (of the longest 5 minutes in HISTORY) and an over-time acclamation to the new form would have slowly worked its way back up to hit the 150 mark at the end of the fight. (and yes, if you couldn't tell, I've been fascinated with the power levels and power scaling of Dragon Ball for a very long time. lol)

There's an interview with toriyama where someone says Frieza could destroy the universe in the blink of an eye and toriyamas never corrects them. There's the two statements in second form that Frieza can destroy the universe and again in his final form in the anime. And the descriptions of the spirit bomb being titled the universe vs Frieza. And the spirit bomb gathering energy from all the stars and planets in the universe according to Goku translations guides and the anime etc. Essentially a fairly strong argument that Goku and Frieza are universal on namek bare minimum and possibly being well above just their universe destroying power by the time of the androids.

I always had a theory that Yamoshi was killed by the legendary super Saiyan aka the "Broly" of a thousand years ago Considering it was a Saiyan civil war and if I remember correctly didn't zarbon say " no Saiyan has had a power level over 30k " or something in history So a ssj God Yamoshi would probably be fodder but it he's not how could he have Even lose to a bunch of weak evil Saiyans so Idk maybe I'm reaching

@@QaamansLand well my first thoughts would be Gohan would still have both of his arms to begin with and they would have been better trained and stronger because they won out of had to worry about being injured because they could use the senzu beans and Gohan would have already been twice as strong as he was before the extra training thanks to the senzu beans and most likely would have been able to and possibly defeat 17 by himself but not 17 and 18 working together however with the extra training he might have been able to beat them however no matter what timeline is Bulma probably still would have built the time machine just in case and then it would have probably been stolen by future cell which what I meant they would have to build a second time machine to go after him which would have been interesting considering that they would think that he went back to when Frieza showed up and instead he went back a year before that because of an accident he probably did so they would be a year off they would still want the Z Fighters and give Goku the medicine but also won them about the thief.

@@QaamansLand I just thought of something funny that could probably happen in the senzu beans what if so when does supposed to be going back in time one From Future Cell timeline and the other from Future Trunks timeline what if two time machines appeared one with Future Gohan and the other with Future Trunks. Maybe something happened to the other in the timeline where they couldn't go with the other person still alive but maybe they got hurt or something that would both confused the heck out of them but also so that multi Theory is real because they would confirm that they are not the same Gohan and Trunks from the timeline to each other and also prove that the main timeline is not their timeline

The zenkai boost is not consistent too. When Goku fight Vegeta at Earth, Goku power level is around 8000+. But after he is fully recovered, his power level doesn’t improve much. After training under 100 times gravity, his power level is only 90000. If he received zenkai boost after fighting Vegeta on Earth, his power level should be around 18000 without the Kaioken.

@@QaamansLand Super Saiyan is a 50x multiplier, so if he was injured and lower than 3 mil in base his power level shouldn't have been 150 million, which calls back to the point you made in your vid which I also thought about watching the Namek arc over again. He basically gained a zenkai from the adrenaline rush he got from going super saiyan, similar to real humans gaining uncanny levels of strength in life or death scenarios. They didn't show it but I'm sure when he powered out of super saiyan after leaving namek he passed out instantly when he finally relaxed like Gohan did after powering down from super saiyan 2. And the time he powered down after Frieza got cut in half can be explained by Frieza being an obvious and untrustable threat that's still right in front of him, so he's still gonna be cautious and wary of him. My original comment wasn't really referring to him on Namek in that state but was just tryna explain some headcanon.

We can see when the fighters concentrate a lot of ki into a single attack they can make it much stronger than their battle power (Goku and piccolo Vs radditz, tenshinhan Vs cell, ...)

It’s pretty cool scaling Piccolo around that level because he had to biggest strength increase even without fusing with Kami.

@@QaamansLand yea, from like 30,000 to close to 500,000 I think I don't know his power level after recoome, to be facing jeice . But that jump (as bad as that was) is nothing compared to the jump Goku got. Vegeta nearly died there. Goku did not, in fact Goku barely even tried in his battles. He only got smacked while someone else was in his body. Only because Vegeta needed another zenkai to reach around the same level, tad be it lower than 3 mil. Now I'm not defending nobody, but Idk man the zenkai thing kinda got dumb during namek imo

And piccolo going from a couple thousands to over a million ? Yeah namek boosts were crazy.

@@QaamansLand After image, bending Kamehameha, solar flare, he also did have some self movement training from Mr. Popo, and he could experiment with super kaioken (probably won't work but it would be a last resort). he might have picked up other techniques from mimicking Tien and Master Roshi.
