Tai Chi Simple Push Exercise-Full Video. This simple Tai Chi routine for beginners will begin with a short warm up, followed by a Tai Chi Push exercise. Learn proper Tai Chi posture, weight shifting, and how to pivot properly. This is the first of my series of simple Tai Chi movement exercises that will help you with principles that will translate to your walking and overall movement technique.

This exercise is quite helpful for me to address the movement challenges I have been trying to address. I think it will be the answer I have been looking for recently. At least the next step on getting back to being able to walk pain free. Thank you.

Hi Todd, Thanks for the info, you been helpful with me learning functional movement while walking through Tai chi and your other. exercises. I would like to know your opinion regarding if it is necessary to strengthen the Arches, Ankle and Tibia on the supporting leg. If this is the case, can you recommend exercises or previous videos you have produced discussing the use of these parts of the leg. Thanks Paul

I am glad the videos have been helpful. If you haven’t had an injury or surgery affecting those muscles, I think movement exercises like walking and Tai Chi should be adequate to strengthen all the relevant muscles.
