@@Chilly_1 No he was a Temple Guard. Apparently one of the guards who helped arrest Barriss when Anakin exposed her, so it is an ironic reunion to say the least.
On the official art/poster of the show Vader looks really bad. Like a homemade cosplay of the character. He looks way off, but that doesn't mean he'll look off in the show.
@@CT-7567_Captain_Rex they keep changing it all the time, now he looks more like the Kenobi Vadar, the Vadar at the end of CW Season 7 looked pretty good aswell.
I cannot wait to see Grievous, Vader, Thrawn, Grand Inquisitor & Bariss again. The animation looks great. I am so sexcited about the Tales of the Empire! This is gonna be great. 🙌🏻
Tales of the empire is going to be a wild ride . I can't wait to see what Dave Filoni is cooking with this show . Is going to be so good , and unique .
@@TheFirstCurse1i agree with the second sister, but reva is a nothing character, also gets stabbed twice with a lightsaber and survives and she knows where luke is, just lots of bad writing decisions the actress is fine, just the writing for her is awful.
0:21 The absolutely irony in seeking Imperial favor for revenge against General Grevious when Emperor Palpatine ordered the attack. It says so much about Palpatine's playing. Most people didn't know the difference between Jedi and Sith and during the Clone Wars the Jedi were all known as generals on the forefront of the biggest conflict the Galaxy had seen in recent history. Grevious must have confused random people so much and further stained the name of Jedi (at a time when people already felt detached and abandoned by them).
It would be a good investment to keep this kind of content in constant production as it’s quite possibly the only thing that will keep this franchise afloat.
We know Barriss is gonna die, Vader is probably gonna murder her after she technically completes the requirements to become an Inquisitor out of revenge for what she did to Ahsoka and the fact he has nothing holding him back anymore. There's a reason we've never seen Barriss as an Inquisitor or even alive.
@@thefanwithoutaface8105 i agree Dave Filoni always had plans for Barriss as he said so himself he also liked the idea of Ahsoka and Barriss meeting again when he was asked in an interview i think whatever happens in ToE will set up to barriss showing up in Ahsoka season 2
Hopefully, the Grand Inquisitor is treated more like the malicious and calculated threat like he was in first season of Rebels and less like the clown he was in Kenobi.
The Grand Inquisitor was fine in Kenobi, I don't see how he was a clown. Literally, Rupert Friend did fine. The GI was still petty and maniacal. I don't see how his personality in Kenobi didn't match Rebels. You act like he was completely different. You can say what whatever about the look, but Rupert's portrayal was fine.
@@orainefoster8316The GI was actually built up like an active threat in Rebels. Grand Inquisitor lack of reactions or punishements when she challenged him public multiple times and explicitly disobeyed his direct orders, make no sense. Your examples are out of context and poor at that ,each of those cases of "backstabing" happened in a actually believable and reasonable manner, the characters weren't made fools for the sake of the betrayal working. Sidious, Vader, Maul, and Dooku. All of those guys actually put in place via physical violence and submission or outright torture their apprentices when they openly challenged them, even Maul did that to his own brother when the later wanted to break the rule of the two and be "equals" with Maul. The Grand Inquisitor did NOTHING against a subordinate and allowed her to disrespect him and his position in front of other Inquisitors. You don't get to stay in charge of a Sith-based principles special force if you are so oblivious to the Sith ways of thinking that you allow a established inferior and established subordinate to challenge you in public multiple times while doing nothing. The GI was a clown in Kenobi. That entire show was a disaster and classic example of Disney messing up what have already been built before.
@@orainefoster8316Different opinions. In your opinion, the Inquisitor was treated respectfully. In the other person's opinion, he was not. Mine too tbh. The Inquisitors and most especially the GI allowing one of the weakest Inquisitors as showed as how she is Force-bullied by Fifth Brother to run her mouth when she have no place or accomplishements to do that is ridiculous. The GI was a clown in Kenobi, and that entire show is a disaster.
That's the fourth sister not Barriss It would be fitting if the Jedi is Luminara. I mean the Grand Inquisitor wants Barriss on the dark side, there is no better way then to get her to kill her former Master.
