@john nater He does record in front of a camera like normal, but he also records the audio separately and places that on top of the video so his voice is much clearer without needed a microphone in the video. The downside is that when you are not careful enough, you'll end up with the audio track not syncing correctly with mouth movements, creating the effect that OP described.

I think you actually have a pretty advantageous design there if you widen the wheels and make them a little smaller for practicality. It would put the topside guns at a pretty respectable elevation, maybe even allowing them to fire downwards into trenches. Not to mention it would be all but immune to ground based attacks seeing as most of it would be off the ground compared to other types of tanks..

The Tsar Tank could have been useful in specific scenarios, although in a more defensive fashion. Perhaps as an infantry fighting vehicle rather than a battle tank. The initial shock of seeing a mobile gun tower would chill any soldier on foot's blood
