I work 104 hrs a week then the opposite week I would do 118 hrs I did that for a year and it nearly killed me one night I came home sat down and fell asleep I woke up to my son and his girlfriend staring at me and Janet said she we wake her to make sure she is ok.

Engineering is usually 5 years to get a degree without priority registration and no summer classes (because he would probably want to spend time with his kids I hope)

Same! Before my children I had a matching house. After the children…eclectic shall we say! When they decorated the tree with me at Christmas, with the home made decorations, I just left them where the kids put them. My son would put ten decorations on one branch. I’d leave them there. People would visit and say why don’t you fix your tree!? Fix what!? It’s perfect😂.

When I was in my early twenties I was a full time nanny. The mom was a stay at home mom. She basically just didn’t want to be alone. It was super easy money for me lol.

You also have to pay taxes on any capital gains if you sell before you’ve lived in a house for two years in the US. so, if they bought for 1.8M and sold for asking at 2.2M, that’s a lot of taxes.

I have to say the one thing I don’t agree with Josh on is the nanny bashing. Especially if she is dealing with a child who has autism. I’m sure that can be so difficult. I truly can’t bash anyone who get help even if they stay home. It would be hard to film cleaning videos or whatever kind of video and edit them without any help with the kids. Of course it could be done im sure, but nothing wrong with help. I stay home and my toddler goes to preschool in the mornings because he loves it and learns so much, and I frankly want and need the break. I just don’t think it’s okay to bash mamas who have help even if they stay home. I also have a house cleaner. Im sure Josh would say something about that too. (I love Josh btw, just sometimes don’t like him bashing the work mothers still do even if we have help) Anyway, just wanted to rant for a minute 😂😂 Still love you, Josh. But give us mamas a break. Some of us need help like me for my mental health. I have to take care of my mental health to be the best for my kids ❤

They had to sell their warehouses and are working the business out of their garage, but their HOH notified them it illegal and against the HOH rules to run a business out of your home. Also Aaryn Williams is in the same boat. She is "rebranding" Pecos Princess and wants to stay at home more with her kids. It's going down the tubes. Nothing but excuses. If Tara is home all day why does she need a Nanny?

And what sucks is they some how have this pull with baby clothing companies. I’ve had so many baby showers and and a friend whose house was destroyed in a fire and they needed baby clothes. So I went to several stores and many of them were bland baby clothes. So sad.

Schools everywhere are getting worse! I read comment threads from teachers and they're leaving in droves and/or changing their major. My city is pretty much begging ANYONE with a degree to be a sub. My cousin is a teacher in Oklahoma (some of the lowest paid teachers in the US) and my brother in law is a teacher in Texas and they both say how bad it is now... Homeschooling is coming in clutch! My kids can talk to any age about any subject while kids their own age seem... stunted? They're always on their phones and my kids are engaged in REALITY.

She’ll talk about her parenting style/techniques, what activities you can do with a child who is her daughter’s age and what she makes her for meals or snacks. She also talks about lots of other stuff other than parenting.
