Jess is one of *those* people who makes me wonder how am I severely self-aware to a fault but there’s people like this who have clearly never been self-aware in their life

I can’t stand how much she lies. She knew everything that was being built around her. The casino was like 4 years in the making they only stopped for a while because of COVID. How did she not know yet my husband worked on her house and he knew everything that was being built around the area. Oh yea and the fact that she is moving her parents into the garage wow. She has 10 acres and can’t build a guest house

I feel like she uses having so many kids to justify so many areas of her life. It's yet another way she exploits her kids. I feel for them.

I’ve never watched Jessfam, so just searched on RU-vid to find out how many subs she has. When I searched the first thing that came up in suggested was “Jessfam lillia period”, absolutely disgusted

Of course she knew it was zoned for a zoo... she runs one.

The zoo info was released in 2021. They proposed to move and expand the old zoo to this new area. So she would have known about it.

Most of us are just trying to get by. I’ve been trying to afford to move closer to family and friends who can help while I have another big surgery, but 2 bedroom apartments are outrageous! I can’t pay 800 bucks for a basic 3 bedroom in a crappy neighborhood. She’s moving because she wants to pretend she didn’t know a casino and zoo was being built. Like Josh said, it’s not like those things are just randomly built, it takes years of planning, all available to the public if they make the choice to look. My son would love being close to a zoo! I don’t care what she does. She’s never going to stop dressing like a teenager because she still acts like one!

I often wonder why she doesn’t work out while the boys are at practice . What a missed opportunity.

Moving every few years is not good for the children because they do not get stability. They make friends and then move away from them. The children are moved from pillar to post. Reminder. She gets into fights with neighbors so she has to move because she cannot get along with people.

Moving to a "farm" style property --- 10 minutes prior--- "they are building a ZOO behind us!" 😂😂😂 So, do you like animals or nah?

Everyone just imagine… Jesssfam the Farmer! 👩‍🌾 The idea of her even trying to clean out a stall, or milk a goat, or sort cattle….kills me! I can see it now, her in yellow denim overalls that are three sizes too small. She’ll go from exploiting her children, to exploiting animals. Collecting the eggs from her chickens, to shearing sheep, we can sit back and watch her fail at it all. 🤦🏽‍♀️

It’s 4 bedroom on 10 acres and they are putting bedrooms up in the attic area. Her old house is still pending since March They are also converting half the garage for her mother and stepdad

I live in Elk Grove and the zoo and casino has been planned for at least 8 to 10 years. Also there is no where in Wlk Grove that has that much land within her school district.

Why not buy a house that will last for your whole family? I think there’s other reasons she’s choosing to move her family.

Common sense would of told her that if there is bare land w no crops on it, most likely it'll be developed, especially in Ca. Finding out how the land by her was zoned would of given a huge clue to how it would be used. The casino was nothing new. That was developed and in the works prior to her building that cookie cutter home.

I couldn’t finish watching her house tour, mainly cause I know the only reason they are moving and was able to afford that house is because she exploits her children and it made it super hard to even find a little ounce of happiness for them. It certainly wasn’t a humble brag…
