I watched another RU-vidr play it and get ending 0 - 12, Mark failed to get 12, but he got -1 so he got the same number of endings, just a slightly different set of them.

I think it may have been that he triggered the criteria for both killing your stall neighbor with the grenade *and* for killing himself with the grenade, with the -1 Ending being a sort of "safety mechanism" so the game doesn't crash if you fail to meet the criteria for any of the other endings, or meet the criteria for 2 or more endings.
