Unfortunately, when something you consume makes you want it more, the saying 'everything in moderation' has a catch- as one can see around. The food industry figured it earlier to make the pockets bigger.
well ya obviously processed sugar is not good but natural plant sugar is great for you even in large quantities cause that's what our bodies are designed for
simple solution is don't by anything with an ingredients list or has had anything removered or added to it. also buy organic is you want to limit your intake of toxic chemicals
Obviously... the nonsense spread on diet has become incessant. Truth is, everything in moderation. Is it that hard to understand? Of course mass produced food will have more salt, more sugar, more fat - it's intention is to taste good and to convince to continue buying the product.
