Gem went back to hermitcraft and immediately threw hands at Fwhip, Joel, and Sausage, the biggest sources of chaos on the Empires side...she was holding on to some microgrudges fr. No hesitation for those rascals 😂

If I had a nickel for every SMP where Impulse built a raid farm you can see from Gem's base I would have two nickels. Which isn't a lot, but it's weird that it happened twice (in the same season).

"Chaos and happiness" I've never heard a more perfect description of Hermitcraft.

My theory: Gem and Sausage are actually siblings just like the seablings in s1 which is Lizzie and Jimmy, Gem and Sausage have the ability to teleport in different realities/different world unfortunately sausage is having a hard time to control his ability/power while Gem can control it perfectly.

I love how Pix’s sleep conspericy has been incorporated into how Gem actually travels between worlds.

Hey Gem! Have you considered hiring Cleo to do hermit-dioramas with the heads you've collected? Like, torturing each one in a unique way? I'm sure Cleo would find it fun AND you get to make the dungeons even more interesting then they already are!

Of all the murders you've committed on Hermitcraft, fWhip's might be the best. Just the sad "no" made it perfect and then the drowned getting him after was great. I'm looking forward to seeing how the elven base continues to come together. Traveling between worlds via dreams is a nice touch, explains why the Princess of Dawn sleeps every night. Though now I want to know what you have to dream about to get back to Empires if Hermitcraft is "Chaos and happiness… and mega builds."

I love Gem's empires persona doesn't carry a sword but as soon as she's in the dream scape, she's letting out all that pent up rage

Lightning will affect all villagers in a (iirc) 5x5 square around where it strikes. This includes if the lightning struck a lightning rod. This, the lightning rod there may have spelled doom for the carrot farmer. (Because of this, it's possible to make a witch farm with a villager breeder, a thunderstorm, and a channeling trident, it's just not very efficient.)

You should set up a Church of Night, Stars or the Moon on hermitcraft, it would be a good parallel to your Sun Church, especially if it’s the same build with differing blocks.

In full honesty I didn't realize how much I missed Hermitcraft I was so pumped about the cross over I guess I forgot about the actual harmercraft episodes😂

I'm so excited the Empires members are on Hermitcraft now and making a holiday empire in the donut mountain range that was originally going to be the shopping district! The crossover just keeps getting better.

I absolutely love the lore connotations of the dream thing. Does this make it canon that gem has different bodies in different universes, and just one consciousness? That's what it seems to imply. I like that idea though, it kinda reminds me of the "reality shifting" area of the internet, both share the concept that by focusing so intensely on the reality they want to go to and putting themselves in a dream like state that allows them to shift their consciousness into another universe entirely.

That lightning rod will make the lightning strike right there, and it will affect blocks next to it, so if the villager stands within 2-3 blocks of the rod it will still be hit with the lightning.

The Empires crew should play all the mini games the Hermits made for the charity event.

You should ask Beef to make an Empires variant of your card, then maybe he can add the other Empires folks as power ups or trap cards or something. Not exactly sure how his game works but it's really cool to see maps used as playing cards, and I know he's doing rare/collectible cards so maybe some Empires ones.

Hermitcraft Season Ten; Worlds Collide Self explanatory, in so much fiction where two worlds get connected they do end up colliding into one. I'm not saying these two servers will be one when they restart again, that would be crazy, I'm saying it could look decently interesting.

Gem... by putting the lightning rod in the farm, it did the complete opposite, it brought the lightning to hit the villager, you need to keep the rod away from the villagers, but luckily it's a pretty easy fix. can't get the villager back though :( great video btw! look forward to what comes next!

Lightning strikes in an area around the rod. move the rod away from the villager site. As long as the villager is within 100 blocks of the rod, any lightning originally targeting the villager will be redirected to the lightning rod

Lightning has an area effect; it's not just the specific block it strikes. The lightning rod needs to be at least 2 blocks above the villager's head, or 6 blocks away horizontally; otherwise the villager can still be caught in the lightning effect.

Gem, if you ever need XP, Keralis built Pass N Gas stands around the server that look like car washes. They hit you with XP potions. There is one near the spawn village.

The lightning rod pulls the lightning to it, but I believe it's still hits anything within a certain number of blocks. Need to mount the rod a few blocks outside of the enclosure.

Lightning rod *attracts* lightning from a wide area. Put your rod at least 10 blocks away from what you don't want to get lightning affected.

Gem, the farmer was transformed into a witch because that lightening rod is way too close to the villager. Even a lightening strike on a lightening rod can transform mobs if they are with in a few blocks of the rod when struck. So the best thing to do is either move the lightening rods out of the fields near the villagers or raise them up about 5 blocks.
