This is a sequel to the original. The older lady in it is the original girls mother. There is photo hanging on a string of the original girl. I really want to see this. I love horror. The gorier the better.
It would be a big ask to be as good as the original. The Exorcist was a defining moment in horror cinema. It is interesting the producers bought back the character Chris MacNeil with the original actress Ellen Burstyn. I think that was a clever move but overall it seems a sloppy film.
