Man you are so modest and kind. I really like the way you acknowledge these horror games where you try to analyse and experience them. Like it gets very boring when many youtubers just play all horror games for jumpscares and not really for the atmosphere and idea behind it. And it seems that you attract people with similiar opinions and form an interesting community. Keep it up I really enjoy watching your content!

I don't usually watch let's plays but you're different and I watch all the way through your videos of anything.

I was shouting at the screen when you didn't call home.

The moment I saw Kisaragi Station I knew it was based off that weird post where a person pretty much ended up in an alternate dimension.

I used to ride the London Underground to commute during off peak hours and some of the stations can get pretty quiet, with no one else on the platform and almost one else in the carriage when you board. It’s defiantly a creepy experience. Some stations have some horror stories associated with them from the war which gives rise to all least a little bit more of a haunted feeling if you know them. Mind, the trains are pretty frequent so you rarely wait that long.

i hate when i fall asleep on the train home from work and have to complete spooky sidequests in my nightmares before i’m allowed to go home :/

At the end, you reached Kisaragi Station, which is a bit of an urban legend originating on a Japanese message board. I'd recommend looking into it, although the ending of this game is a pretty faithful recreation of the events there.

This game is the epitome of "CONDUCTOR, WE HAVE A PROBLEM!"

"OL" according to Wikipedia is a shorthand for "Office Lady" in Japan. The Ghost Train reminded me a little of the subway levels of Condemned: Criminal Origins. Completely different game in both tone and gameplay (first person melee horror), but I'd recommend it if you can find a copy that doesn't have sound issues like the Steam version.

I'm going to comment on this as I watch the video, so basically this is my live thoughts on the matter. 33:58 There's a variation on this scare where they make you wait after you find the door is locked and the pull the scare on the other side of the hallway as you backtrack your way back. Or they will make you walk down it multiple times to lower your guard before deploying the scare. 35:54 sweet jesus that timing was great in terms of your commentary. I enjoyed watching this and it's definitely surreal as heck. I'm not sure what to really make of it.

im currently watching your chilla's playlist, so far this is the most depressing to be honest. I think the people in the cart represents the afterlife just as you said, and every time there ain't no people in it means they've reached their end, the time you met the creepy woman is probably death idk, since she says things in a poetic manner but creepy, and your old sensei represents one of your guardian angels. The kid girl probably represents your supposed to be child, idk. Like the wife Eiko, when you were instructed to call home, Eiko is a symbol of home and she's your guardian angel, she's been missing for years so she's presumed dead since she disappeared without sound or trace. It's sad that he never found his wife, yet his wife guided him home :(((
