@@militsa7214 Resistances neutralize weaknesses and vice versa, so you can only ever be 2x, or 4x, or 8x, or 16x (and so on) weak to any singular type. Multiple resistance also stack, and the same goes for multiple weaknesses. So if you had a fire-ground-grass-dragon type you would have 4x weakness to water, but also 4x resistance to water so it'd cancel out.

That’s actually a thing in the Adventures manga though, but it came later, during the Emerald saga. It’s the three strongest moves that the starters can learn at the time- Blast Burn, Frenzy Plant and Hydro Cannon- used all at once by the (then) three groups of starters. The protagonists even call it “Triple Finish” in the translation of the manga. Idk if the Smash Bros version came before or after the manga version did though. Oh and as if that wasn’t overkill enough, they also added a triple Volt Tackle to that too. Used by a Papa Pikachu, a Mama Pikachu and their baby Pichu no less. Granted, given what they were fighting, the overkill was justified, but still...

Chinmay Mathur The manga‘s adaptation is definitely for older age groups but the manga is great, I used to buy them and read them when I was in primary school. I wish it was animated since it is very realistic and dark

Actually, it is even more. You don't add the 2x weaknesses, you multiply them. 2x2x2x2x2 is 32, which would make a 32x damage multiplier.

If anyone is wondering why the earth badge isn’t relevant to the item, it actually is but that’s the big reveal for the yellow chapter which is volume 4 to 7 where as this story, from the video, is in volume 3 at the end of the red, blue and green chapter which are volume 1 to 3. Spolier for volume 7:- The earth badge actually fits in the centre of the item because it turns out that the centre opens up to reveal the spot for the earth badge and the elite 4 want to use it to kill all humans because they are abusing Pokémon, basically it’s if team plasma got there hands on the ultimate weapon from gen 6 and could select only kill humans

I loved this video! I absolutely enjoy the manga! I would love to see more videos like this! Some ideas I would like to see are the mystery or pryce/the masked man, the connection between Blaine and mewtwo, Archie as Guile Hideout, the blue and red orbs from the Ruby/Sapphire arc along with raquaza.

I feel it should be cool maybe the first three title gen in a long time where Articuno Moltres and Zapdos are the legendaries of the region. There'd be a legendary merger that would merge the og legendary birds then a galar merger for the galar birds and they'd be used to make zapmolcuno and galar zapmolcuno

can't be illegal when the badges have no connections to the pokemon league (not even a joke it wasn't until the jhoto arc that takes place roughly two years later that the gym badges were ever connected to entering the pokemon league)
