quick correction, viktor is awkward but helpful, he's a really nice guy in the lore. He helped a kid who was getting bullied out by making a scary noise come out of his hideout. Meanwhile jayce basically laughes at a kid who asked for his help, and only helped him when his own life was endangered, so he would 100% swoop you.
Actually even better. Viktor basically enhances a kid using some of his tech which leads to the kid being more courageous and standing up to his bullies. So Viktor would 100% make something for you to just be more confident and actually go up to a girl yourself without his help, therefore Viktor should be god tier. Jayce tells a kid to go away when she asks him to fix her toy until she gets to point out the stupidity in his logic and then he’s a little bit more friendly. I’d say Jayce is probably in awkward or god tier just because he’d try to help out if you convinced him and his reputation would practically be enough to land any guy or girl. He wouldn’t swoop because he would probably think it’d distract him from his work.

Draven wouldn't swoop. He acts like an asshole, but he's also loyal and a homie. In lore he stayed by Swain's side and supported him after he lost his arm and leg to Irelia at the placidium. For reference, in Noxus, if you can't work, fight, or just overall provide some kind of notable value to the country, you're practically subhuman to the people there. Despite this, Draven stayed by his side and had his back, even though remaining friends with Swain would objectively tank his own reputation. You think a man that loyal is gonna swoop on you? Plus he's too clever and charismatic to accidentally swoop on you either. If anything, Draven's more likely to teach you how to be as cool as he is you guys can bag double the baddies. Even if your game is absolute garbage doodoo butter, there's no way you don't pick up a thing or two hanging around someone as smooth as Draven.
Have you heard Ivern speak? Dude's hair is made of the stuff. Also has a buncha woodland creatures following him all the time and 200% great guy. Put him next to Braum!!
Xerath is actually gonna be a good Wingman. In the lore he keeps planning to rise Azir to the top. He eliminated his enemies, he uses magic. Obviously you won't know what he did if he wingmans you. But you will be pretty surprised how the bar is almost full of hot goth girls AND without any straight men. And not only that, the bartender seems to treats both of you with a free drink too.
Illaoi is also a good Wingman. She will literally encourage you to get that girl. Because if you want it, then get it. Not only that, she is also straightforward with a sense of humor. She is like Braum. But a girl, and instead of doing it for you, holding your hand, she will make sure you will stand up yourself so that every girl within a 50 mile radius will swoon over you.
Darius would absolutely be a Swoop Master. My mans would be like "Getting numbers is a competition. If you were too weak to get the numbers, you do not deserve them".
If you are homie with Darius you have courage and strength in battle ... You are asking him to help you on a personal side when you got his back in battlefield Obviously he wouldn't let you down

I think its from the story about her which is canocially right after gangplank's ship was blown up, and while I don't remember if it was stated, it seemed to be implied. But yeah I am making an assumption.

I feel like Diana wouldnt swoop cause she seems to still heavily love leona as she has had the chance on numerous occasions to kill her but doesnt. PLEASE do more tier lists like this one, like I tend to skip ahead or speed up in a lot of video because I don't feel entertaining, but through this whole hour that didn't happen, it was just like the begining. The things you come up with about each one of the champs are just entertaining and funny and at least for me I'm entertained the whole time, hope you make more tier lists about different things about the champs I'll sure watch them all

Highly disagree with the Illaoi take. She's in a category of her own, but out of the ones available, 100% swoop Illaoi's religion is predicated upon the idea taking what you want. Not only would she Swoop if she had an interest, I think if you asked her to be your wingman, she'd downright refuse, call you a pussy and tell you to go ask them out yourself.
