What if you don't have access to a bar? Are there other items in your house you can use?

Park. Tree branch. You could start horizontally by pulling on a table and sticking ur butt out

Thx for this tip...I usually take a break from sitting by doing a few pull ups on the bar over my door. Is the hang more beneficial for posture?

This is great! Would the machine at the gym that helps with pull ups where you stand on a weighted plate that makes you “lighter” work like the resistance band as well? Also would you recommend opening a workout with these or ending a workout with these, for those of us that don’t have a bar at home.

For sure. I'd start a wokrkout out with these to test your recovery levels. You can do them after as well to test grip strength. Either way do them when it's best done consistently.
